Having 6 existing points I faced a totting up charge with a disqualification for a minimum of 6 months. With the help of Helen and Payton I was given a 28 day ban and a low fine.

The law is quite complicated after Brexit and solicitors from the firm have perfect knowledge and skills to make application straight forward and clear for the Home office. We were waiting quite long time because of the processing time, but the application was submitted as soon as was possible after all requirements were met. Communication was excellent with no "lawyerspeak" - everything was clear and concise. Meetings and telephone calls were all on time and handled perfectly. Things don't always go to plan but any surprises were dealt with admirably by the team (an expert witness changing their mind halfway through for example) and we always felt at ease even though it was a difficult time for us. Heartily recommended.

Lucy Mellor at JMW has been excellent from the very start of my case which has now had a successful outcome thanks to Lucy's hard work and persistence.
