Jul 06,2022I would like to thank Nicola from JMW Solicitors for the excellent work she carried out on my medical negligence claim. In the initial stages it did not look as though i was going to be able to claim very much. However. after a while, Nicola was able to build a case , with the help of medical experts and we managed to win the case with a very satisfying result. I cannot thank Nicola and all that were involved in my case enough. thank you all very much for your very hard work.

Mr young is very passionate about his field of work and genuinely helping his clients, I am speaking from my experience having him as my legal representative over the last few years, where we built a great rapport due to frequent interactions to discuss appointments, case stages and updates. He has always been helpful, supportive, reassuring and willing to go the extra mile for his clients ensuring the best outcome is achieved. Mr young was always extremely professional, polite and punctual in terms of scheduled phone calls to discuss the case, proactive and organised when it came to summarising and compiling information to send to me regarding my medical negligence case. Jun 29,2022Outstanding and very swift service from Angela Leskaj who helped my daughter avoid a vindictive prosecution by one of the railway organisations. She had to pull out all of the stops to take up the case with the organisation within 2 days of being instructed by us. Despite being knocked back at the first attempt, a direct appeal by her led to the case being dropped. Thank you so much.

Special thanks to our file handler Scarlett - Rose Meikle who was extremely friendly and professional. As first time buyers this process seemed quite daunting however every step was explained to us thoroughly and Scarlett always made time to answer any questions that we had. Although the process took slightly longer than anticipated due to external factors, we were provided with regular updates and the file handler was easily contactable. I would not hesitate to recommend JMW Solicitors and Scarlett to all family and friends.

Jun 12,2022Sadie Thomson of JMW Solicitors was hired by myself to make a case to the DBS who were 'minded to bar me' from working on regulated activities. I provided her with representations as to why I should not be barred. Ms Thomson used those representations, as well as interviewing me to make a strong case as to why I should not be barred. After only a couple of days since the letters and representations were submitted, the DBS allowed me to continue working on regulated activities. I was particularly impressed how in a relatively short time, Ms Thomson and her colleagues were able to collate the necessary information, and provide a professional as well as emotive case.

Jun 11,2022Absolutely awful experience! JMW is the buyer's solicitor, I'm the actual property seller. The solicitor is never available, it takes weeks (precisely 4 weeks to respond to enquiry) for her to respond despite constant chasing from my solicitor and estate agent. The reason she didn't bother responding to our enquiries is because she was busy writing an article, which we found online. Today was meant to be exchange & completion date and the solicitor wasn't available on email or on the phone. Because of the solicitor from JMW, I'm pulling out of the sale next week. Avoid at all cost!
