Lana has kept us informed at every step and made sure to explain each and every stage to us in detail as we had very little knowledge. Oct 26,2022Purchased a property via auction. Instructed JMW solicitors on the same day as the auction ended. Initial requested some documents however from then I rarely heard anything from my solicitor. Completely uncontactable, consistently meeting his voicemail & would have to call the main line to request calls back. Documents he should have requested initially wernt requested until the day of exchange, he constantly asked for further documents and couldn’t give a straight answer as to whether what I’ve sent was okay to then email weeks later saying it wasn’t. Caused a massive amount of stress due to us paying auction fees and needing everything done on tight timescales. The vendors solicitors were also questioning me and to where they were in the process as certain things hadn’t been requested or carried out. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had when paying for a service. If you’re thinking of using don’t.
