New 241 car was released without central locking deactivating correctly using the key fob. Took service Dept over 2 hours to fix after a weekend of disruptive deactivation of central locking. When I taxed car online the colour at registration had been entered as grey instead of silver! Consequently on receipt of registration cert and tax disc the colour is incorrectly stated as grey. I’m still trying to get this rectified myself! Sales executive was of no help.

The Staff were very friendly and wiling to help with whatever queries I may have had, both before and after the service work (i.e., pre- and post-). Also, the work attended to in the car was top class.

Seamus made it a very special day when we picked up our new car, best service I ever had after buying 7 new cars over the years. He explained every detail of the workings and helped with setting up the app, connecting our phones really spent the time with us and I'm very greatful.
Good sales , peter punch was a pure gentleman, treated with respect, we had been in other dealer ships and it was like the didnt want our business, our didnt think we were serious,
i dropped my car in at 9.30, i told the reception that i would collect it at approx 12.30. When i went to collect it at 12.30, i was told they had to do a software update which would take about an hour. The car wasn't ready until 2.30.

The car is in warranty, so I had to bring it here for it's service. In at 9:30, I was phoned at 12:45. 574 euros for at most 3 hours. Of course they never itemised the labour costs, which they should have as it was part of what I paid for. The car came back to me with an error message which wasn't there before it went in. Overall my experiences here have been one worse than the next. They damaged the door sill before I got it, broke a part inside and after 6 times telling them, I had to contact Honda Ireland to get the damage fixed. Left dirty rags in the car, left a substance smeared on the door. When I asked them about the badly fitted trims, I was told by Conor the sales guy 'You must have hit it.' Be not fooled by his smile. They crashed another family members car when it was due to be collected along with mine. The service manager, (and I base this on my experiences) gave me the impression of not being reliable, and his words are hollow. I will actively discourage everyone I encounter from handing over their good money to this bad business.
