I was given false and misleading information regarding the sales agreement. On the day I put down €500 deposit on my cupra, I was told the offer of 0% pcp was running until the following day so put the deposit down on the car I was told they would fit a camera which would take a few days, took 3 weeks with little/no contact with the sales man which I had to chase. On the day he told me he would give me a full tank of fuel, got half a tank, 0% finance, I was waiting so long to collect the car I signed without reading the agreement and was charged 3.9% which I would have agreed to or bought the car. I got absolutely no satisfaction whatsoever and was told he did not tell me this so it was my word against his. I have never in all my years of financing cars 20 plus years been treated so badly. To say I will never buy fromnor recommend Johnson & Perrots again. I love the car but the service is appalling and so unprofessional.

This complaint concerns the conduct of Manager Matthew at Johnson & Perrott Motor Group. Matthew's behavior has been consistently rude and unprofessional, as evidenced during our interactions over the phone and in person. Despite my efforts to address his demeanor through a formal complaint, his disrespectful conduct persisted. During my visit to Johnson & Perrott for a diagnostic assessment of my car, Matthew personally engaged in discourteous dialogue and abruptly terminated the diagnostic process. He explicitly stated his unwillingness to proceed with repairs, citing my prior complaint against him as justification—a decision that I find both unjust and unprofessional. (Do you find this acceptable?) This unilateral refusal to address my car's issues not only reflects poorly on Matthew's competence but also results in substantial financial loss for Johnson & Perrott Motor Group, estimated at approximately €15,000. Despite the absence of an official estimate or formal communication detailing the reasons for their refusal to undertake the necessary repairs, it is evident to me that Matthew's inadequacies are at the core of this decision. Respond: How dare you speak such nonsense! My car is perfectly functional, and for you to suggest otherwise is utterly absurd! The only thing that needs fixing are the darn shock absorbers, yet your incompetent manager refuses to address the issue. And why? Simply because I had the audacity to make a complaint about him! It's as simple as that. Now you continue spewing this garbage, showcasing your pathetic attitude towards customers. I'll have you know, I'll be reporting this atrocious behavior to every Volvo center in Sweden! This is not how you treat customers who come to you seeking assistance with their cars. And for no reason at all, you deny them the service they rightfully deserve!
This is the third Kia I’ve purchased from Johnson & Perrott in Douglas, Cork. I’ve always found the staff helpful and courteous. Peter is the salesperson that I deal with and he just makes every transaction effortless, I’d highly recommend calling Peter if you are considering buying a Kia.

There’s a few settings on the car that reset back to the original settings and I don’t it annoying. For instance the driving mode goes back to normal. The salesperson should inform you of these things as well.
They are great to deal with and very helpful. I mainly deal with Peter Punch in sales and he is excellant at his job.
