It will be good practice to go through briefly the consumer concerns and what was done to address it on service at the point of collection.This is important step seemed missing on the day. This may enable better customer satisfaction and would encourage customers to reply to such surveys
Longtime customer, as was my late father before me. I remember going with him to Emmet Place in the 70s collecting his new car. Then for years dealing with the sales & service dept. in Douglas & now Mahonpoint. Hope after a lotto win to goto Jaguar in Bishopstown but not just yet

Reception great , very friendly , collected my car in work , and dropped back to work which is a game changer for me , great service and would recommend. Car washed and hoovered inside which is a lovely touch too after the service.
Booking the service was so easy. Got a day and time that suited . Got a text to call and discuss anything additional and car was ready in time so just needed to pick it up. Staff are so friendly and efficient

My Volvo XC 60 wasn’t ready even though I was informed that it would be ready on day 2 (Friday) of its expensive service. I left work early around 4pm to collect, only to be told, a part hadn’t arrived. A courtesy car was arranged. In truth, if I had simply received a timely phone call about the delay, I would have arranged an alternative way home and waited until the repair was complete thus offsetting the need for a courtesy car.
