Ordered electric blanket over 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting.First of all they said that they did not have any due to over ordering.Then on the 17th January they stated that it had been despatched to royal mail.Ive been tracking it on the royal mail app who appear not to have any further information on this.Ive tried emailing and calling the company with no help from them on numerous occasions.They just ignore them and never get back to me.Avoid this company like the plague

Terrible, have ripped off elderly father by selling ripped jeans. They are legally bound to provide a refund and have stopped all communication in the hope he will give up - and I will not

Such a shame what's happened to this company. I've had perfectly good experiences with them in the past, but not any more... Now it's just a lot of lies, fobbing off and failure to deliver. On 13th November I ordered one of the most expensive items from the Jolliman catalogue, a Daewoo electric oven. Next day I received an email confirmation that it had been despatched. Sounds good? Well... it's now 23rd January, and of course the item has never arrived. The so-called 'Customer Care' team fobbed me off by saying they would 'chase it up' or 'look into it'. Eventually I asked for a refund and was told on 22nd December that "a return had been processed" (this is a 'return' for an item which was never received, and which I now suspect never actually existed!). A month later - and have I received my refund? Take a guess! Jolliman have had my money for over two months now, and they have done nothing, neither delivered the item I ordered nor refunded my money. There has been no apology, or even an explanation. Communication is almost non-existent. And 'Customer Care' definitely don't care! I would definitely recommend avoiding this business.

Bit disappointing that it took a week after my order ( and a chasing email from me) to hear that my order was out of stock and had been cancelled. I suppose I am used to better stock and ordering systems these days.

The DEK JD63 Triple Fastening Treck Shoes leak like a sieve when it’s wet. These walking shoes should only be worn when it’s dry and as such difficult to understand how promoted as walking shoes. Purchased during long dry spell in August and only discovered limitation of these shoes when weather changed. Customer Services bury their heads in the sand and not responsive. Trust Pilot generated a response from Jolliman. Just shows they did receive my original correspondence but chose until they got a poor review to respond. The shoes are not “very worn” the photos sent to then were taken to show how the shoes leaked i.e. wet so they don’t look their best. As soon as you put on a pair of shoes they become worn. The shoes are fine and comfortable when it’s dry, but if it’s wet you will end up with water penetration and wet socks.

Failed to deliver goods. No effort to find missing item and simply issued refund. Terrible customer service from an infifferent company

Ordered an item on the 14th December, still hasn’t arrived on the 29th and now when I ring all departments are closed except (there’s a surprise) for new orders. Atrocious service.

Order placed and one week later was told my delivery would be 4/5 days late. Next day got a phone call from them? asking me to pay over the phone as my (autofill and pays for everything) card would not work. Since POLICE, BANKS AND FINANCE ADVISORS ON TV tell you never to give out details over the phone, I declined and said I would log in to my account online and sort it out. Agent said this was not possible! Without any further communication my order was cancelled altogether. But the main point is that this co. seem to be promoting their customers to expose themselves to phone/card scammers despite all advice against. I would recommend that NO-ONE use this company if they wish to not have an experience such as mine, I certainly will not order from them again. UPDATE TO REPLY. this reply states they tried NUMEROUS times to contact me and sent letters - this I assume happened over the course of ONE day after telling me my delivery would be late, yet managed to phone me on that same one day? Strangely, those letters have still not arrived... This reply STILL did not address the question of giving out details in contradiction of all advice. Should I need reassurance that this company is to be avoided at all cost, this reply is it. Goodbye Jolliman ( and what a misnomer THAT name is!)

Yes speedy ordering not so easy to find nightwear amidst Christmas offers but I guess it would be as bad in the shops at the moment!

Saw ad in Daily Mail and went to your web site. Easy to navigate (for an oldie), clear, comprehensive description, good colour selection and sizes. Plus, of course, competitive pricing. Next step to actually see/feel items and test fit. But a very good start.

Following the return of an item substituted for my original order, I received a refund confirmation, to be paid within 14 days. 20 days later, following several emails and a phone call, the refund payment has still not been made. I will not be buying from Jolliman again.

Although we were very disappointed that our stuff we ordered did not turn up in the time frame that we wanted... Jodie was amazing.. she is an asset to the company.. and was very helpful in sorting out a refund.. she went the extra mile to make sure we are happy. and it was most appreciated

Easy to navigate website, products displayed well. The only relatively minor criticisms are that delivery is usually very slow, and you have to pay for any returns, so make sure you order the correct sized product you want and patience is a virtue with the delivery.

I am scheduled to travel abroad over the weekend so paid for express delivery because I was led to believe that option was able to be informed a day later that my order has been converted to standard. This is poor and I feel deceived because if I was informed earlier I would not have made the order.
