I ordered some goods 20th April 2023 and it took a month and 4 days for the goods to arrive I contacted Jolliman both by 2 E-Mail s and 3 Phone calls. 1 E-Mail replied to they said they would investigate, no reply sent of their findings. 2 phone calls not too helpful but was told I would receive my order both times by the end of the week, the last one on a Wednesday was stated to be with me by the following Monday, it arrived today Wednesday 24th May 2023. The experience was not satisfactory in this case.
I ordered an item of clothing and they send me the wrong item, but have admitted that it was a substitution as they didn't have the item I purchased in stock. They did this without my permission. I do not want the substituted item, but they are insisting that I make all the arrangement to return this to them which for me involves having to travel to town to the nearest post office and they will only refund up to £5 costs. The alternative is to have a courier collect and send on to them. Both options will incur more cost and/or time to me and they blankly refuse to cover this. Under consumer law, they are obliged to cover the cost as sending the wrong item was 100% their fault. I am extremely dissatisfied at this company not being aware of their obligations and I will never return as a customer as a result and would suggest others consider carefully if they want to do business with a company like this.
One star is too generous for this company. Not sure where to start; take my advice and don’t order from a company that is not upfront with stock or delivery dates. In stock does not necessarily mean the item is in Jolliman’s warehouse but instead with a supplier somewhere. Unlike most online shops, their delivery information is not with the items description and instead contained in a menu outside of the catalogue. The site says 7 - 10 days and up to 28 days. Not explained is the number of days is working days. When order placed, the company does not send a delivery message with ETA like most other online companies. No communication arrives about delivery and the tracking message just says “processing” without any detail. I got inaccurate delivery information from customer care. I was told Jolliman does not process credit card payment until item shipped, although I could see the payment on my card. Later I was told card payment does not apply to PayPal and they take immediate payment. Their method of doing business including stock availability, delivery and communication leaves much to be desired.
I bought 2 pairs of the Jolliman Lincoln cord trousers. After wearing the first pair, giving them a wash, they had shrunk so much that they are unwearable. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. They refused to refund my payment as required by law. Thoroughly unhelpful. Will no longer buy anything from them .Early 2023
I ordered some lavender plants, they never arrived, I emailed Jolliman 3 times and rang the customer service, they said they would arrive in a day or so,they didn't. I emailed yet again requesting a refund, I haven't heard anything, they didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge my emails. I definitely will not be ordering from them again.
I ordered 3 white vests but they were too tight so I returned them for a bigger size. I only received one replacement but no refund for the other 2. After sending 4 emails still no reply so very disappointed with customer service as I don't know if my request has been dealt with.very disappointed as they promise action but nothing appears
Following the return of items substituted for my original order, I received a refund confirmation email stating, returned items received in good condition and refund will be paid within 14 days. 30+ days later, following several emails and a phone calls, the refund payment has eventually been made. Saying that, the original goods supplied fitted perfectly and am very pleased with them. Sadly due to the long delay of my refund, I will not be buying from this company again. Note: To Jollimans instead of substituting items, just supply goods ordered and in stock, and adjust initial credit payment accordingly to reflect this, to avoid returns and all the hassle!
I ordered the wrong size. Sent them back with request for smaller size and one of each colour instead of two the same. Order rec'd within a week perfect fit excellent service
The clothes arrived within 3 days and a perfect fit, so much so I've ordered 5 more of the same!

Why your mens trousers which fitted my husband perfectly are now 10cm narrower on the leg than previous bought for the same item
The items I ordered were not the right fit, I am a rather large man and hard to tailor. My waist size and leg length are such that I always get trousers that are much too baggy round the thigh area, this is no ones fault. I had to return the items and this was speedily dealt with by Jollimans, and a refund is pending. Good customer service, and I will be a returning customer in the future

I have been waiting for a refund ,nobody replies to emails.I called them and they promised to refund it and still nothing!
I have bought numerous items of men's clothing from Jolimans. This time I ordered grey trousers and received black - I only realised the mistake after I had sent them to a friend to be shortened. Second, although the waist measurement said it was 38 I could not get them on despire the fact that the trousers I now wear, also frm Jolimans, were marked as 38 inches and fitted. A different supplier, I assume, measured differently?
Today is the 14/4/23. After What seems like an agony of waiting , my refund from Jolliman finally came through. But ,honestly guys you need to Improve how you do business. Do not send out substitute items . If an item is not in stock ,simply do not send something else ! And do refunds quicker ! Would save a lot of stress all round.

May 31,2023* Do not place an order with Jolliman * This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered trousers that were advertised as being ‘high waisted’ and the trousers I received had a normal waistline. My emails went unanswered and the company lied to me, stating that the trousers had a waistband that is ‘4 inches higher’ than normal trousers. Simply not true. Please do not waist your money by placing an order with Jolliman.
