My items arrived on time ahead of my Dads birthday. The garments were great quality and my Dad was really pleased with the variety of items i had picked out for him. Such a lovely present for my father, thank you to the team at Jolliman for helping me. I will definitely be buying more for my dad.

I returned my trousers to Jolliman for a refund and obtained a tracking number from Royal Mail. No sign of refund. Emailed them a few weeks later quoting the tracking number and the name of the person who received the package. No reply, no refund. You need to get your order right first time - these guys don't do refunds. Better to give them a wide berth.

Not at all happy. I made an order and paid extra for express delivery. Four days later, I emailed to ask what was happening. I got an email reply saying the items were out of stock and offering a refund for the difference between standard and express delivery. This was no use to me as there was no indication when they would be back in stock or delivered. I wrote back explaining why I was displeased and got a full refund. I'm not out of pocket but it's been a hassle and I don't have my order, so will now have to shop again elsewhere, nearly a full week later.

**** Be careful *** These people sell your data, I've had calls from companies, even letters. It wasn't until worldwide cancer research informed me at the end of a letter that it was Jolliman, I only wanted an item of clothing not for you to sell me out. Ruthless

I purchased numerous items from Jolliman’s which included there rugby trousers. The staff at Jolliman’s that I spoke to where helpful and very polite. Honestly there staff are a credit to the company. The rugby trousers I purchased where of generous cut and comfortable to wear, even for a larger gentleman like me. You are kept up to date with the progress of your order from the time you place it. The delivery was secure tracking via Royal Mail and arrived on time. Overall if you want great quality clothing at reasonable prices I highly recommend this company.

I ordered trousers for my husband, they were dispatched the following day and delivered the next day, can't ask for better service, well done Jolliman. and he was very pleased with them ..good fit

If you are considering a purchase from Jolliman I ask you to reconsider. I placed an order on 27th March for an item showing as ex stock. Chased order after one week, no response. Chased again after two weeks, responded, slight delay, we aim to despatch within 5 days. Same day, received notification that they aim to deliver within 7 days. Asked for clarification and was informed that they will despatch within 5 days. After a third follow up receive notification that item was out of stock and would deliver ASAP. Still showing as ex stock on website! I cancelled order and received confirmation on cancellation and refund was arranged. Next day received despatch notification. 2 days later, Item delivered. Informed them That they can collect at their cost after I received refund. Now Jolliman are refusing to issue refund until I have returned item at my cost. Therefore I will have paid delivery and return cost on cancelled order? It is very plain to me Jolliman are accepting orders and payment and not shipping goods. Once you cancel the order, the goods will be shipped and you will not be issued with credit until you have returned the goods at your cost. On a final note, the jolliman customer service team are abysmal. The responses received have been nothing short of disgraceful. Purchase items from Them at your peril. I know I shall never go near this company again.

Best Menswear company I ever came across. been their customer for the last 3 years and customer service always goes the extra mile to get things done. The best example of customer service I can give from out of all companies I deal with.

On 10th March 2021 I ordered 1 pair of shorts, 1 long sleeve shirt, 1 zip cardigan, all of which are fine, however I also ordered a Sandwich Toaster which has turned out to be 'rubbish'. 10 days ago I contacted Jolliman on their own feedback form, I received a reply to say that I would have an answer in 48 hours. No such answer was forthcoming. I contacted them again directly two days ago and again no contact from them. All I want to do is to return this toaster (JN602) for full credit, and as I consider that this item is not of merchantable quality I had requested a return label. It is a simple request and it seems that if you have a complaint with Jolliman they do not want to know. So if anyone is going to make purchases, just beware if it is not right then they don't want to know.

Charged £7,99 for the postage of a £10 item , sent a substitution that had nothing to do with the style ordered without notify me beforehand that the item I paid for wasn't in stock. Asked me to pay to send the item back . The whole operations in a scam, resting on " you have to read the fine prints we are allowed to send you a substitution" . I would never buy from them again, they clearly have no respect for their customers.

I am very happy with the quality of all the purchases I have made, and the service received. I am particularly impressed with the fact that I was contacted by phone, re a problem relating to the non availability of an item I had ordered, and how the caller went to great lengths to resolve the issue and to supply an alternative suitable product. In my opinion this is excellent customer service.

My first order with Jolliman, easy order process, early delivery, ordered 2 pairs trousers, even came with free gift, some face masks and hand sanitiser. Very happy with my order. Will definately be using this company again.

Simple straightforward ordering from the catalog- an older one, but was charged at current sale prices. Despatch was same day as order and for once royal mail did a good job. 49 hours from order to delivery at home. Good quality product, well packaged, and competitively priced. All in all, very good indeed.

I found Jollimans while looking for a Christmas present for my dad. I was very impressed with the quality of their Lincoln cords, they are very well made and at a very good pricepoint. I am very pleased with my purchases and will be happy to buy again from them again in the future.

I ordered the same trousers as I got from them in the past. They arrived and felt like 2 sizes too small. No way were they cut the same. I emailed about returns as I refused to pay return post, but had no reply. It's 2 weeks later now and still no reply. However, I did find a returns form in the package. I had to fill it out with a pen for goodness sake, hand-writing details in a box that was too small, that was simply duplicating what was already printed on the same form! That's asking for errors to creep in. Then I had to pay postage. I finally received a replacement, and they're a different type! They just about fit and I'll probably wear them but they're not what I ordered. If they responded to emails and didn't have a returns procedure from the ark, there would be less chance of these errors. As for paying for return postage, they claim on their website that they don't pay for it as they want to keep the costs of clothing down. NO Jolliman, that is not the right way to run a business. If you really need to add a few pence or even a couple of quid to each order to cover return postage costs, then do that. Nobody will notice, barely anyone will be put off buying, and then you won't receive negative reviews from disgruntled customers like me. I have a better way to save you money - Stop stuffing a returns form plus at least 3 different leaflets with ads and "offers" in every package, including your own brochure that barely anyone looks at as you order online! I'll give you 3 stars rather than 1 thanks to previous items being ok and your clothing quality being generally pretty good for the price.

This all started on 6th November 2020 when I ordered 2 men's jumpers from these jokers. After hearing nothing about my order I emailed them on 12th Nov asking if there was a problem. I received a reply stating that due to Covid everything was delayed, but was in stock, & would be sent shortly. I then got another email on the 16th saying there was a 'slight delay', but the order would be going out in the next 5 days. Another 7 days, (23rd Nov) and still nothing, & order still marked as 'not processed'. I send another email asking what was going on. In the meantime I am plagued with emails offering various offers for Black Friday. What is the point in touting for more business when they cannot get out the orders they already have?? I get a reply the next day, stating that one of the 'in stock' jumpers was no longer available, and they 'had been trying to contact me to no avail' to advise this & would be sending something else, more expensive, but as a goodwill gesture would not charge the extra. What a load of ****, my email & phone numbers are up to date and correct! Amazingly, the jumpers turn up next day on the 25th on a 24hr service! Great! But no. There is a hole in the pocket of one, both are to small, but one is smaller than the other, although both the same size. So, back they go, at my expense of course, the next day requesting a refund. They email to say they have 'received and processed' my return on 30th November. Their policy is 'returns may take up to 14 days to process' so I am pretty pleased with this. Big mistake. Where is my refund? So I email on 6th December and am advised that due to the current situation blah blah and terms & conditions it could take up to 14 days. 15 days later after processing (15th December) I get my refund!! Whoopee! Just 3-5 days to go now before it clears into my account! So, 18 days to get the goods from ordering, 39 days in total from beginning to end. Sheer incompetence, never again!! Be warned!! Covid or not, I could (& did) order from Cotton Traders & received the goods in 4 days! Update. 6 months later, 19/5/21, I get the following message:- Reply from Jolliman A day ago We apologise for the inconvenience and have contacted you to solve the issue Ha!Ha! What a joke!! And still they send me catalogues, they go straight in the bin!

Really pleased with this Company. My first order was acknowledged, despatched and delivered within 5 days. Parcel containing casserole dishes (yes, they are a clothing company who also do kitchen items) was extremely well packed to avoid damage.
