Dec 14,2024Disappointed that the delivery options weren’t clearer. It was only when I’ve got the confirmation email that it stated delivery is 7-10 days so unlikely to get here for Christmas. I would have paid for express delivery if it had been made clear but I wasn’t given the option

Dec 04,2024Jollimans did not explain delay or out of stock. They use Amazon to deliver who delegated my delivery to New World N,W. Order placed 25th Nov. still not delivered today 4th Dec. no explanation from Jollimans or Amazon. . Simple " running late " from New World. Poor delivery methods and communication. I appreciate Christmas rush. I don't appreciate being left in the dark.

Dec 18,2024While the order process was simple and fully understandable and precise i found the delivery pricing confusing. Standard delivery - Free - 7 to 10 days' Express delivery - £8.99 - 2 days. I selected Express delivery but when payment page was offered it showed - postage and packing £11.99. Why the difference ? Therefore I selected free delivery but am dissapointed with this invisible cost being added at checkout.
