Still,not had items over 2 weeks later. Placed order, had confirmation then nothing. Rang them they said that card details incorrect - they weren’t (3rd time this has happened with jolliman). Payment done over phone and despatch note sent. Then email saying one item out of stock, could I ring. I rang they said there was no problem. They rang back said there was . Still no items ! Awful experience. Order placed on 22nd March. I don’t believe they have an online integrated payment system
Looking for a particular kind of hat and found it here. Price looked good and the quality is excellent. Arrived very carefully packaged. Price for the hat and postage was very reasonable. Could not have asked for better. Highly recommend.
We ordered the electric foot file, the product arrived on time, first experience of using the device was very positive and at this point would recommend but time will tell

Both my husband and I are extremely disappointed with our most recent experience with Jolliman. My husband has been a customer for many years, ordering the same work trousers. We placed the order for his trousers with the same code as previously purchased, but when they arrived we discovered that they had changed the fit of the trousers so they no longer fit him. I contacted Jolliman who said they had found the old style and so we organised an exchange. When we received the replacement trousers, they had resent the same trousers. I contacted them again and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. I was told numerous times that I would get a call back but I had to keep chasing them up. I eventually spoke to a manager who sent out a pair of different trousers to try but these were no good, especially as the length was incorrect. I sent back all of the trousers for a full refund, but I had to contact them on more than one occasion to chase up a refund for the return postage costs. This has finally been processed but I'm waiting for it to go back into our account along with the original refund. This whole process has taken over a month to resolve and we will not be shopping with Jolliman again in the future.

I have never ordered from this company before and I don't really like ordering items on line. I saw Jolliman advert in a weekend paper and ordered by post on 2nd March, paid by cheque. My order, including a brochure of other items Jolliman provide, were safely delivered by Royal Mail.
I ordered an item from this firm and opted for - I think it was £7.99 - for what they described as "express delivery". Immediately I had completed the order, I got an email saying that my goods would be with me "within 7-10 days". I left it a couple of days, assuming that express delivery would override the normal lead time. Even so, I thought it a little strange that a standard delivery would take so long. Eventually, I rang them up to chase the order. After waiting several minutes (whilst an overly optimistic service message was played, promising customers the world), I was put through to a representative. This person put me on hold for a few minutes whilst she went to physically check (she said) that the item was on the hand. At this point, and having read a few reviews on here, alarm bells were ringing. Express delivery? 7-10 days? Check whether it's on hand? The rep came back a few minutes later and said that, yes, the item was in stock and she would get it sent immediately. Spool forward a couple more days and I received an email saying that the item wasn't in stock and a further delay would be involved. That was when I cancelled the order. Unbelievable but this company had the brass neck to than send me a brochure in the post. Terrible service on every level. And the reply from them below, suggesting this "had been cleared" on a phone call is rubbish. I asked them to go ahead and send it but then they emailed me and said they didn't have it (after having "checked" and then told me they did).
Good quality trousers and very comfortable.
This company do not live up to any promise they make in my experience. I ordered a blanket way back in January and it is now March and I have never received it. Having contacted them numerous occasions and telephoned them they eventually promised me a refund - that too never arrived. I wrote a review previously on this site and immediately got an e-mail asking me to delete it as they had sent the money - No money in my bank account. I replied and said I had not received the refund so was not taking down my previous review.
I have used Jolliman for many years, and whilst its easy to criticise sometimes its nice to say thank you. I gave alway received a good service and the products are fair quality for the price you pay. So thank you Jolliman for being there year on tear and always providing me impeccable service.
Really unhappy, ordered a digital display clock - it arrived clearly already used, there was a flat battery in it although said NOT supplied with a battery and the screen was damaged and broken - this had clearly been a returned item which had been dispatched to me. I contacted them and was told to return at my cost, which would be refunded. I did receive a refund for the original item but no acceptance or apology for them sending a faulty item and no refund of my postage or recompense. I have continually chased them for responses regarding this which have not been forthcoming. Complaint was referred to a 'manager' who just confirmed that the original refund had been done. Appalling customer service.
I posted a return for exchange with Evri on the 8th February. It was tracked up to saying, " delivered to retailer " So far Jolliman say they haven't received it and are leaving it to me to go to Evri. As we all know this is impossible. After much toing and froing I am pleased to say that an agreement was reached which is satisfactory to both parties. I only wish it hadn't taken quite so long to get there.
The wrong items were sent twice! Customer Services team were most apologetic and helped to sort out the necessary refunds. It’s just such a shame that the warehouse staff can’t get the order correct in the first place
Avoid avoid avoid. All they are good at is taking your money, try getting it back when things go wrong….just read the reviews !
Yet another company that advertises a product that they do not have in stock and cannot supply. Waited over two weeks for delivery that never came. When questioned they said they didn't have the product, and would refund me within 48 hours. After 48 hours I pushed them hard for the refund, and after another 3 days the refund has come through. Total and utter waste of time.

Apr 06,2023I bought two shirts on line on 5 January. Both of them were returned and receipt was confirmed by Jolliman on 19 January. On 5 April I received the second refund cheque both sent 2nd class instead of credit to card after three phone calls to Jolliman. Very poor service in my opinion
