Rubbish customer service / complaints Placed a order, got a letter from them 8th Feb item ordered discontinued. But my cheque cashed days later after I received letter for item ordered could not be supplied Illegal ??? Lots of emails and telephone call to them where is my money, just put off all the time. Took weeks to get my money back. Ask this to be made a customer complaint weeks ago. No reply from customer complaints department. If You do not want money taken and weeks to get back. Do not deal with this company Jolliman taken 2 weeks from this review, to only get asked for more information. Also not even answered last two w-mails to them
Just shocking. THREE YEARS of harassment and they still can't get it right. Shocking customer service, shocking manager [John Smith] and incredible arrogance. No level of competence to update their own system despite endless requests over a three year period. Thousands of pounds worth of parcels binned. Very surprised they're still in business. Don't be tempted, better shopping elsewhere.
Incompetent, Useless, Abusive. Sums this company up. Everything about them is wrong. I don't even have an account with them and they've harassed me endlessly for someone that lived at my address THREE years ago. Awful abusive staff,particularly today, a frustrated male "manager" who didn't listen and got abusive. Avoid this company like the plague.
So far have been waiting 31 days to receive items. Messaged re above, reply so sorry, blah blah blah. After having looked at reviews from customers I'm amazed this company is still in business. How can a business these days be so incompetent and survive ? 😫
Disaster from start to finish. Placed order at start of Dec, informed despatch would be 7-10 days. I chased them up after 2 weeks to be told order would be despatched that day. It did arrive a few days later but shoes that came were wrong size from order, also one item missing. Was informed their returns policy meant I had to drive to town and pay for package to be sent back. Final item on order was received nearly 6 weeks after order placed. Also very slow on supplying refunds and kept trying to refund me for wrong item (cheapest item on order)
Dreadful service. Bought item £38. When arrived attached price tag £24.99. After contact they said wrong price tag. Checked other suppliers to confirm price. When advised customer service was told nothing they can do.
Utterly marvellous! Needed a couple of pairs of trousers for Indian holiday- lightweight, linen. To find a company that does my size is great (the only store on the high street regularly selling 27" leg is Cotton Traders and the range has not changed for 250 years....). Then when one pair was too tight I returned them at my cost (only £3.50) with a note to change for a larger size and got the replacement within 10 days! So impressive and a vast range so another order is going in....
Easy to order & pay-not such a great delivery experience-7-10 days. By todays standards this is very slow. I've ordered from abroad & got it quicker. Please look into speeding up the delivery process. If you need something reasonably quick I would order elsewhere. A shame. Still waiting after 4+ days won't order again unless there are changes.further update-told by email that there will be a further 5 days delivery delay-really getting silly now-never going to order from this company again
The size of my recent purchase came up on the small size. Ordered XL (44 in chest) was more like L (42 in). Returned item for exchange for next size, 2XL (46 in which fits exactly like a 44 in different jacket purchased from the same seller). Received exchange item within 2 weeks hence only taking one star off the possible maximum. Have been a customer of Jolliman for over 50 years now!
It was very straightforward and easy to place an order online.
I had been looking for men's braces and found that many shops don't seem to stock them nowadays, but Joilliman does and is good at delivering orders quickly. I must admit, with the sales on, my order did get a little bit bigger than what I had originally intended!
I’m very pleased so far can not wait to see how good they will be can tell you more when I get them
I have purchased numerous cardigans for my elderly father and unfortunately the zips seem to be of cheap quality and break. Its a shame because the cardigans look good quality, I have bought a few to replace the others but it gets costly. So its not ideal. They do not seem to last very long. They must be made cheaply somewhere

Mar 25,2025Ordered two pairs of trousers in January. Waited weeks for one pair to arrive and was still waiting for the second in March. I was then told this second pair would be sent out at the end of the week. Nothing arrived. I was then told again they'd be sent out the following week. Still nothing!!!! I told them I wanted a refund for that second pair on the 18th of March and I've still not received it 25th and they're now not bothering to reply to emails. I'll now be contacting trading standards.
