Jun 09,2023Good company overall, except refunds take far too long. Currently I'm into the 3rd week of waiting for a refund to reach my account. Why does it take this company so long to process a refund, when other companies can do it in 48 hours?

Jun 09,2023Jollimans had the exact pair of shorts that I wanted, size, colour and cut. It was easy to order online and the order was acknowledged. I was kept informed of progress up to the point of the knock on the door. The price was good, a point to consider in this inflationary period.

Jun 09,2023Twice I sent for mens trousers JA01, twice the completely wrong trousers came. They were a different cut to the other JA01 trousers my husband has. Both times I ordered grey trousers. Although I have been refunded for the trousers, it cost £7 to teturn them which I did not get refunded. We have placed many orders, but will no longer be using this company.

Item received was quite different to the hats I have bought from you in the past and with which I have been very satisfied, and didn't match up to the image shown in your promotional brochure - brim half an inch shorter, colour of hat band, colour of hat (grey rather than cream). All very disappointing.

Jun 09,2023The whole process was transparent and simple. Goods were despatched quickly, although it took some days for the parcel delivery service to allow tracking of the parcel. Overall, a good experience with good service

Jun 09,2023Parcel has not arrived yet, still waiting after receiving email saying because the orders have been so good there is now a delay! Obviously this was not anticipated by Jolliman! As a footnote I would add that 4 orders from a competitor company to Jolliman have been received whilst waiting for this order to be honoured. Guess who I will not be ordering from in the future!
