Returned my order as the trousers/jeans were much longer than advertised (I ordered 27" leg specifically, they were at least 29"). Poor communication regarding my order. Goods finally arrived around a week later after I opted for express delivery on order, as I needed the goods quickly. Nobody contacted me to say they would not be delivered by express, if I had known this I would not have ordered from this company as it was the speed of delivery that impressed me (although ultimately I wasn't charged the express delivery fee). I returned my order within a day of receipt. Be aware returns have to be paid for by the customer! The refund took over 2 weeks to reach my bank account after chasing it up, which in this day and age is ridiculous. Not at all impressed, I will not be using this company again.

Items totalling more than £80 not received. No reply to emails asking for refund. Customer care team seem non existent. Had to get a refund via PayPal. I recommend this for anyone who paid using PayPal - I got my refund notification a few hours after reporting Jolliman via the PP resolution service. It says I'll get my refund within 5 days. We'll see. Update: Thank you for your reply, Jodie. I have received my prompt refund yes, AFTER contacting PayPal.Thank you for that. However, im referring to the lack of customer care/service during the 20 days prior to that. I had no response to the email I sent to the customer care team asking for the order to be cancelled after you failed to deliver on time. I no longer needed the items for my son in law as I had to buy similar items again from elsewhere to make sure he had them for starting his new job. The first I received from jolliman after placing my next day delivery order (i paid 7.99 extra for this) was 7 days later, which told me my order was delayed and that I would receive a notification of dispatch within 5 days. This was after I told you I no longer wanted the items. 10 days later, neither the notifucation nor the items appeared, which is why I took the issue to PayPal. THAT'S the problem here. I stand by my original post and won't be attempting to order from you again. Your response to my review was rude. Maybe you should look into customer care emails.

Do not buy off these people, they make promises in emails, then don't keep them. Incorrectly labelled items sent, but they won't refund postage as promised. Disgraceful
Ordered 2 Pairs of the same trousers just different colours. Got the order wrong set one decent pair but the other pair completely different. Still waiting for a refund. Had to chase them up saying now my refund will be in my account in 48 hours.This has been on going since 28/07/22 So we will see . Would not buy anything from this company again.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a pair of trousers. The ones they sent me were a ghastly brown colour I ordered beige I returned them on 26th July I know from post office records that they received them I am still waiting for my refund despite making two phone calls
The shorts I ordered had a ridiculous tiny metal clip with a spring on it as a "waist expander" at the fly. It was certainly not fingernail-friendly. I was expecting elasticated waist expanders on both sides like most if not all manufacturers provide. So I returned them for a refund, only to find it would not include the £4.99 p&p I paid for when ordering them! On top of which I had to pay £3.35 return postage as that is apparently not refundable under their T&C's ! I therefore paid £8.34 for p&p, more than half the price of the item! Are Jolliman the only supplier who charge you for return postage? They must be, so I won't be buying anything more in future from them. Disgraceful.
Very unhappy with the customer service at Jollimans. I ordered a man's cardigan and sent a cheque. When the parcel eventually arrived the wrong item had been sent. I rang customer service and was told to return the item and the postage would be refunded. When I didn't hear anything after two weeks I rang and was told the item that I had ordered was out of stock and they would be sending me a cheque. Today I received a letter saying cheque enclosed but there was no cheque in the envelope so I had to make yet another phone call.This is not good business and I still await my refund.
I returned some trousers as they were the wrong length (not requested length). Jolliman sent the same trousers back with shop label cut off and a sticker giving the requested length stuck over the ACTUAL length. I have emailed customer services with the photographic evidence. This is a clear case of deliberate deception.
l have returned an item to Jolliman 0n 1st July l am still awaiting my refund despite e-mails and have been promised on numerous occasions its being dealt with, to date l am still waiting, l will not shop with them again very bad customer service

Just received my order met in the delivery time frame, ordered a few items for my holiday the girls made sure I would get them before I go away, great service and great quality clothing will be ordering more.
I bought two suits from Jolliman, the suits looked great but unfortunately they didn’t fit. I returned the suits, which got lost in transit. Jolliman couldn’t have been any less helpful in the matter, to the point they now don’t respond to any correspondence. The delivery company have sent their terms, clearly stating Jolliman can claim the cost of the suits but Jolliman have initially said it’s nothing to do with them and between me and the courier. I’m now down a substantial amount of money due to their inability to help their customers. I am now in contact with the ombudsman due to this upsetting situation. Edit - I have just received a lovely email from Jodie (Manager) giving me a refund and stating she will claim from the courier. However this has taken over 2 months to solve. I’m aware the courier was at fault for not fulfilling the delivery but their service and communication in how to rectify and next steps was very easy, it’s just a shame it wasn’t the same for Jolliman. Thanks to Jodie for finally giving me the refund though.
I ordered Brown pinstripe trousers and they sent me navy, so I returned them, only they resent the same trousers. I sent them back again, and now they are ignoring my emails. I have not been given a refund or sent correct item, and I have paid twice on return postage. It has been 2 months now. Avoid.
