In the past I have been happy with Jolliman but my latest experience was awful. I ordered a suit and a pair of trouse3rs. After a few days I was sent an email saying there was a delay with the order. I emailed 4 times asking for updates with no reply to any of them. I then asked for the order to be cancelled as I had ordered from somewhere else (This was 2 months after payment had been taken for my order) I had a reply to my email stating that the order had been cancelled. The next day I was sent another email stating that the trousers had been dispatched but not the suit. After another 2 Emails requesting a refund for the suit which wasn't supplied I received an email stating that a refund would be arranged for the cost of the suit - no apology. As I live outside the UK postage was £14.99 this would have been acceptable tor delivery of a suit and a pair of trousers but not for just a pair of trousers. Looks like I have placed my last order with Jolliman
Firstly, well done to Laura who finally resolved the several issues I had with receiving satisfactory service from this company. Serious delay in receiving the goods which was only sorted after many emails and a phone call. Laura dealt with the mix up over two orders being dispatched instead of one and she issued a refund on 14th December. So far, so good. However, 3 weeks later there was no sign of the refund. After more emails, I finally received the refund on 8th January. Not very impressive. It is such a shame because the the two fleece shirts I bought were good quality and my husband was pleased with them.
Phoned Jolliman this morning and spoke to John, who couldn't have been more helpful. He sorted out my queries nothing was too much trouble. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Will definitely deal with you again. Makes shopping on line a pleasure.!!! Many thanks.
Most disappointing. I ordered two pairs of trousers. I gathered that one pair was not available because I received a credit. No email from Jolliman. When I complained I was then told the second pair (navy) was not available, but after a helpful discussion it was agreed that a replacement (wine) was there. I was then told that the navy pair OK. Then the wine ones arrived!
Laura was very helpful sorting out a problem with my father’s order. He will now receive his clothes in time for Christmas
The Company took well over the legally permitted 14 days to process and pay a refund for an item returned because the wrong size was originally sent. Had to make a succession of email and phone call requests to get the Company to pay the refund which they had promised , and which was legally due. The refund was eventually paid , but this is not a company with which I would do business again.
I received service above and beyond from Bally and team when I turned up at the factory thinking it was a shop. My father had been using this company for years. Now he is in a care home I wanted to buy some new trousers. Instead of turning me away they spent a considerable amount of time helping me to find exactly what I wanted. Many thanks indeed. A very grateful customer.
Ordered 4 pairs of trousers for my elderly father on 29 November, all showing in stock. Confirmation said 7-10 day despatch. Received email 7 December (8 days on) saying: "We regret to inform you that due to high sale volumes your order has been slightly delayed. We will endeavour to send your order within the next 5 working days." Called to see what "endeavour" meant. A polite, apologetic response but it transpires 3 pairs are not in stock, nor will they ever be coming back in stock. We all know that there are delivery problems just now but all the more reason websites must show honest, live stocking. Disgraceful and sad as Amazon et al will sweep these guys aside unless they sort out their systems.
Requested a change to an item already ordered, and this was done without any complications.
