The wrong shoes were sent to me and i am still waiting on a response to an email i sent on Friday the 27th highlighting the problem. I had a response from Jolliman on the 1st of October.

As a new customer I found the website easy to negotiate. However disappointed that I received no welcome e mail with the expected offer of a 10% discount on my first order and had to telephone customer service in order to get the necessary code.

Would like more product information and more accurate photos to enable customers to know if there is an attractive lining to such things as jackets and what type of waist fastening the garment has. M&S are good at this.

I made an order twenty four days ago, the initial contact I made to customer services they informed me I would receive items a week ago. The next time they informed me deliveries were held up as thier supplier had made a late delivery. I have now been informed they despatched the items but according to the Amazon tracking the items have not moved in there days, with an apology for the hold up. I have previously bought items and they have arrived in three/ four days. Please Jolliman you must resolve these issues but at least don't fob off customers with the wrong information, I still want to support you but I am losing faith in you.
