No item arrived; tried to trace and just got a vague message about not being able to be delivered and no chance to reschedule? Sent a query, said it would be looked into, then get an order confirmation in the post, then a return email, but no explanation of what is going on….horrendous comms

The order took over 2 weeks to.arrive 2 items out of stock took a while for the refund to go to my account . One item was marked on the packing list as being sent,but I.did not receive. The lady in customer services did.sort In the end.However this experience has Put me off ordering from Jolliman again
The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable of the sizes etc. I much prefer to order by phone, and being a pensioner I appreciate the discount by code which was applied.
I have purchased several clothing items from Jolliman, and so far all have been reasonably priced and sometimes bettered by including discounts and of good quality, the orders have been dispatched and delivered in goodtime too. The website and ordering facility is very easy and clear to use. The hope is that this experience will continue into the future.
it's too early to review because I have not yet received the product so I cannot judge the accuracy of the description, the quality colour or fit of the item nor the speed of delivery. I did not however get the opportunity to use the J20 code to obtain any discount.
I returned two shirts for replacement with smaller size, it was confirmed by Care Team by e-mail. All I received was a notification of a refund which I did not ask for especially as the refund was £2.90 per shirt less than I paid. I would still like the replacement shirts.

I thought the slippers were quite good value in the brochure. Then when I put my order in for two pairs there were three nice surprises: a) a discount b) free delivery and c) a free gift. The brochure has a dated look but I’ve been pleased with previous purchases from this firm.

The email I ordered through offered free post on orders over £30. I notice that I have been charged £5.99. Maybe it has been charged because I live in Northern Ireland?
Out of three separate orders only one was delivered without problems. Lost by the courier company orders replaced still problems.

I find the company very good at answering emails quickly if you need to alter your order as I did and keeping me informed about my shipping details as there is a slight delay in delivery so I’m looking forward to receiving my order
