I have had 2 orders with you and cause to contact customer service for each of them Each time I have been kept waiting for several weeks. The service has been so poor that awarding 1 star is 1 to many, but there is no provision to award less unfortunately. I could not in all honesty recommend your company to anyone.

I was informed that due to high demand, the delivery would take a little longer than usual- though I didn't think the extra time was a problem. The iitems arrived, well packaged, and as advertised, and at a good price.

We purchased two items which unfortunately did not quite fit so we had to return them. There was no problem from Jolliman. The cost was quickly returned to our accounts. When online shopping it is important to know that returned items are quickly dealt with.

Four stars, lost a star for the poor web page, I have forgot my password and when You press the button to reset it, nothing happens, the link does not work. they have lost several orders from me because I can not get through to reset my password. ebay get the orders.

I was unaware I would have to pay customs duty to have goods released. I have written to your Care Team who were to investigate but i have heard nothing. Pity because goods themselves were fine. OR0310469

Very late delivery (4 weeks). The items purchased were unsuitable so were returned by registered delivery. Jolliman failed to reimburse the cost and had to instigate proceedings through card company. Will not trade with this company again.

They always don't despatch when they say they will, blaming it on delays, yet on their website the goods are in stock. This has happened the last 3 times I ordered from them. If you're happy to wait an extra 3-4 weeks, fine, but not if you need the goods when they say they will send them.

Long delay in delivery - still not received, made worse by lack of e-mails with updates over the delay. I had to do all the chasing.

I bought some corduroy trousers and a belt. The trousers are excellent and exceeded my expectations, being very well made in very nice material and a very good fit. The leather belt is also very good and smells of quality leather. As my order was slightly delayed, they even gifted me a set of three Argyle socks with my items that are also very nice. Very happy with my purchases.

Long delay in despatching the order. Despatched (supposedly) immediately when I asked to cancel the order, but no apology for the delay. Now it shows despatch date as the 4th but Amazon are still waiting to receive the package 4 days later. I won't be buying from this company again 13th Nov. As per their request I sent the details for them to "look into this". Over two months later and I've heard nothing from them. At the least I expected and apology.
