I received an email stating my order was being posted ,after a week and still not any order I phoned and was told it was being posted that day.That was not strictly true as it was not posted for another 3 days.I would prefer an honest answer to any question.

Jul 31,2024Good price, ok quality. Ok delivery times. Not so good on fit compared to others like M&S, I ordered 3 pairs of trousers, normally I can easily fit into 36” waist and have a snug fit in 34” but your 36” are snug and one pair being pair very tight!!

Jul 31,2024I could not access my account, which claimed I had entered incorrect password. The password was saved on your system ! It advised me to click on button for resetting password which would trigger an email to this email address (also stored on your system). I am still waiting ! I tried again on the 29th July and 30th, with a similar failure and realising that nobody was looking at your incoming emails I rang in. I was told that the relevant person had gone home at 4.00pm. Where was (s)he the previous 2 days ? This is not the first time that you have made errors on my account as for several months you had not switched my delivery address despite being advised. It is not my job to supervise your system ! I suggest you get to grips with the flaws. Please let me know when I can regain access to my account.

Jul 25,2024The jacket I wanted to purchase was very poorly finished and the back of the jacket was caught in the collar stitching causing a pucker. I was very disappointed in the quality. Jolliman acknowledged receipt of my return on the 2ndJuly and as yet 25th July I have not received my refund. I thought I would be entitled to a refund of the postage as it was not my fault that I had to return it. It was the poor quality.
