I ordered a jacket on 2 October, it arrived today the 25th. When I ordered the jacket, in olive, I was told it would be with me in five or six working days. It was not. I contacted the firm on the 18th politely asking what the position was, to be told I would receive it on Monday the 21st. I did not, Instead there was a telephone call on the following day saying that the jacket was only available in black. I accepted, and was told it would be fast ordered and I would receive it either the following day or at the latest, Thursday 24th. At considerable inconvenience we waited in to receive the parcel on both days, as our neighbours were away or at work, but it did not come. I can't understand why the olive jacked was available when I first rang, as I made certain it was in stock, and then was not available. I assume my order had been forgotten until I rang again, when again there was no mention of the olive jacket not being available. I really feel I've been messed around by this firm, and am most dissatisfied with its service and its arrangements regarding its delivery. Roger L Brown (Dr)

This is the first time I have ordered from Jolliman. The ordering process was easy and clear. The catalogue easy to read and very informative.
Catalogue was clear and concise. Only one thing could be an improvement for the coats and jackets - detailing the length. Also, on your Web site when you hit the "read more" for a detailed description of the item, it just takes you back to the top of the page. Maybe worth looking into this.
The item I ordered was fairly low quality and not up to the job that was claimed. I did eventually get a refund but it was a long time coming and only after I had sent two reminders.

Very unimpressed with this service. I ordered three items and only received two. The third was out of stock but would follow when received by Jollimans. Both items were returned because they were not what I had ordered.It seems that they too were out of stock so Jollimans had sent replacements of their choosing ! When I chased them today for my reimbursement of the purchase costs I was told that there had been a technical issue with the repayment and that it hadn't been issued.They were " waiting for the customer to contact them about it" ! This is not the way for a business to behave to any customer and I hope Jollimans take note and improve their procedures.

Order placed 23 September and I am still waiting for delivery and despite numerous emails nothing is happening. As I have not received my order I cannot give a rating other than this. It would help if this review is seen by Jolliman and they act upon it
I returned the trousers I ordered. You did not refund me because the delivery company did not return the trousers to you. I am still waiting for a refund. When will I receive it?
