Mar 26,2024I never give a 5 star rating but that's just me and I think if I did I would. Kelly was the one that kept me in the loop all the time after I moved in and found a few problems calling almost every day to check if my problem had been addressed yet. She was very friendly and both professional at the same time and she definitely knew what she was doing. From now on if it will always be Kelly that I call. Thanks Kelly for the great service.

Not only was booking a viewing incredibly easy, but Jo, Kay and Carrie provided us with incredible information about the property and the area, given that they were local. Once our offer was accepted, Jo and Toyah were immensely helpful, offering suggestions and contacts for people, teams, and contractors who could help us ensure we were happy with the property and its condition. They regularly checked in via email and phone to ensure we were happy and everything was running smoothly. As first-time buyers, they were happy to walk us through how things usually work, what needed to be sorted out next, and what timelines were likely to look like. Thanks to the team again for making the process as painless as possible. Highly recommended.

In particular, I want to extend my gratitude to Anna Hill Marla, whose exceptional assistance has truly made a difference. Her responsiveness, understanding, and willingness to go above and beyond have been remarkable. Whether it's addressing maintenance issues promptly or providing clear communication, Anna's dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. There was one instance where I unintentionally made her wait for 10 minutes because I was on an important work call from home and couldn't immediately let her in. Despite the delay, Anna remained patient and understanding, displaying her unwavering professionalism and kindness. Overall, I highly recommend this agency to anyone in search of a rental property.

Every single one of the team combined professionalism, integrity and efficiency with a genuine warmth - at no point did I ever feel like I was 'just another buyer'. It was an incredibly difficult purchase with problems from all other directions, but the Jones Robinson team were the ones who kept everything going and made it all work out in the end, even when I thought it would all fall through. I hope I never need to move again, but if I do I won't even look at another estate agent - I'll be going straight to Jones Robinson in Lambourn! They worked very hard on chasing up buyers and solicitors in the chain so that an exchange was completed at the earliest opportunity. I am very grateful for a stress free sale and would highly recommend them.
