This is the 2nd time that I have worked with Jones Robinson, who have sold my property for full asking price on the 1st viewing! Paula specifically is an absolute diamond find - her sales progression skills and tenacity are just what you need to ensure a chain stays on target. As an experienced landlord paying for the top service as sold by Jones Robinson to myself; the communication received was quite frankly disgusting, the amateur mistakes made by JonesRobinson not much better, especially regarding the "top" service I was sold you would expect to receive much better. In trying to make a complaint I was made to feel that it was my fault to the point of not being able to discuss my problems without being constantly interrupted and talked over. To date JonesRobinson have caused several financial issues now, along with one family feud due to managing to lock 3x sets of keys in the house and contacting alternative family members that they had no authorization to do so, again at further cost to myself. The latest round of poor service involves poor communication with reference to receiving a late payment, subsequently this has since cost myself further financial problems. My advice is to steer clear of Jones Robinson! In my opinion they are very below par, with extremely rude staff. I will be moving my custom elsewhere as soon as possible and at any cost that I may incur. Let me start by explaining out my issue regarding the service I have received with regards to poor communication; I was notified that the tenants would like to pay late, I was questioned as to whether this would be acceptable. My response being that so long as the money was within my account before the next month began it would be ok. This email was never responded to, so I believed the money would be going in before this date. It was only responded to when I emailed on the last day of the month after I had checked my account. A simple email would have saved me an awful lot of time and effort with having to move money around, ringing my mortgage lender and obtaining what now is a black mark against my credit rating as I could have reacted in a different manner. This is just one one the amateur mistakes JonesRobinson made. 100% do not entertain trying to working with these fools!.
We just bought our house from Jones Robinson Lambourn after seeing a number of houses with them, absolutely amazing service from Kay in finding a suitable house, with Toyah always able to answer our questions when viewing and to Jo who help us with the final purchase. Communication excellent through out and just so accommodating. Thanks you Lambourn Ladies.

I couldn't say whether my experience reflects more on our landlord/JR property manager or on JR as a whole but JR were communicating until we had moved into a property which had several issues and then they stopped communicating to any degree of effectiveness with us. - We requested the light faults to be fixed before we moved in - we requested the property be cleaned before we moved in Neither of the above were done and we had asked them to do so and it is in writing. There was a mixture of damaged/broken and usable furniture in the spare room when we viewed the property, as soon as we got the keys we'd gone back to the flat only to see the broken furniture dotted about the property which was a terrible move in my opinion, we asked for it all to be removed on several occasions and have gotten nowhere. There was also 5 lots of previous tenants dirty cutlery crockery etc that still had food on which was appalling and not picked up on the inventory, we requested that to be added to the inventory and for the previous tenants property to be removed without any luck. Since moving in I've had to clear up all the broken items in the flat, fix half the light faults myself and clean it myself. Overall a pretty shocking experience amist a very hectic period in my life as is.
