Within a week of calling Jones Robinson we have had a valuation, all the terms discussed and pictures taken of our property with confirmation from the admin team throughout the week. Communication has been spot and that’s down to everyone in the admin team that we’ve dealt with so far. Making a pretty stressful time run like clockwork so far.

Since then, she has made substantial progress with problems over our properties - we feel that we can now see light at the end of the tunnel. Elle has kept us fully informed about all matters. She has been in constant communication and this is very important to us, in order that we know what is going on and we know that the tenants are being looked after. We are very happy with her enthusiasm and diligence.

Mar 08,2024We selected Jones Robinson as the agents to market our house as they went above and beyond in explaining the process and we have felt supported throughout. We met with 5 different agencies and Tayler from Jones Robinson did the most fantastic job of informing us. She understood how best to market our property and was also aware of our need to move quickly in order to fulfil future plans. Other members of the team such as Molly, Jack, Rhys and Wendy have all been great at keeping us up to dat with viewings, offers etc. and they have made it a relatively easy, stress free process. We are also purchasing through Jones Robinson and between Beth & Tayler, we have felt listened to and supported - both have been more than helpful in answering our questions and we have felt that they have 'got us' as people which has been so important to us given the huge life decisions we are making!

Mar 07,2024Moving home is stressful and mentally demanding as it involves many complexities that is beyond our control. Jones Robinson have made our move possible when it was dark and gloomy. I cannot thank enough the team. They cared for us from the viewing till exchange of contracts. Each one of the members of Johns Robinson including their trusted partners (legal & mortgage) were fantastic. I would like personally thank Paul Evans and Caroline Wright s who went beyond their limits to help us. Only regret in our move is having Jones Robinson only for our Purchase instead of both sell and purchase. Their prompt response, transparent communication styles and above all, empathy towards customers is next to none. Kudos to the Jones Robinson!!

Mar 07,2024I can highly recommend Jones Robinson if you’re looking to sell your property. With their Progressors on top of it all, in particular Paula Rudge, everything was a lot less stressful and smoother than if I’d been trying to chase everything on my own. Will happily use again.
