On every occasion I have needed support or servicing for my coffee machine Jura UK have been excellent. Their service team are very helpful and and spares and consumables are dispatched quickly.
My coffee machine make fab coffee. I have had it for over 3 year now. Recently it needed a repair but the customer service was very friendly and less than a week my machine was back home.
Exellent service from ordering to delivery. Very helpful gentleman in the spare parts department talked me through the exact parts I needed to order. Quick next day delivery.
Fast delivery, downrated by 1 star as their email said that I would receive an other mail when the order shipped but I did not receive it.
Relatively easy to find the right pieces for your machine and arrived very quickly. Thank you
Had this offer after my machine had been serviced / repaired. Took it up as a decent price, ordered 2 boxes of 3. Only one box of 3 arrived in a box large enough for two. On checking they promptly acknowledged their mistake, and despatched another. Losing money on couriers, I think ! Especially after my machine wasn't fixed the first time, so they had to ship the flight case again, pick up the machine again, and send it back again ! They do sort things out without quibble, though !
What was on offer was delivered OK i was not home to accept delivery and had to go to my nearest newsagents around a mile away to pick up. Why the parcel could not have been left with a neighbour i don't know as most neighbours are willing to do this for each other
I ordered some extra filters and coffee and they arrived in good time as specified. Two days later my Jura Micra Ena 1 developed a fault (of my making). The service department rendered some expert advice as to how to properly clean the machine after I had overfilled the filter coffee inlet. The proposed solution worked a treat. In my call to Jura UK I became aware of their fault correction service. They send a model specific protective box to provide for safe transfer to Jura. They allow 2 hours of technician's time in which to correct the fault and provide a full service and deliver it back by courier all for £100.
Enjoy my machine but the filters seem to need replacing often ( must be drinking too much) This multi buy offer was welcome and the parts arrived within a reasonable time
Good products and service but at a price
The items ordered were well priced and arrived quickly in perfect condition. You can't ask for more than that.
Only 1 of 3 of the items has arrived so far. I telephone and was promised a call back which has not happened and the missing items have not appeared. Just called for second time and have been promised a call back.
I got an offer from Jura for some filters - the price was great and they threw in some free cleaning fluid for my Jura machine as well - what's not to like?!
I ordered two sets of filters based on a deal offered online, and received an email stating that I'd be informed when my order shipped. I received the goods quickly, but I didn't get the tracking notification when my order shipped.

3 problems in less than 18 months! Customer service don't know the meaning of the word. Worse than useless. We bought the machine for longevity - never had such a piece of rubbish and with no back-up from the company it is really unacceptable. We have been polite, patient and very understanding but they are just totally USELESS! Avoid like the plague or have a bonfire with your money.
Very poor customer service as initially there was a problem with my card which my bank just needed to know that it me using my card as it was a large sum of money I did have more than enough funds to pay for it .. Once I had sorted my card out Jura turned their nose up at my payment and I had to buy the machine elsewhere. The machine itself is lovely

Nov 04,2015Ordered filters but received the wrong ones. Had to email a photo have still not received the correct ones. Am now faced with having to pay postage to send wrong ones back, scanning receipt and sending to jura to get P&P refunded. A lot of hassle because someone can't tell the difference between blue and white filters. Will never order from Jura again
