Mar 01,2015We purchased a replacement scale washer - a plastic part which probably costs to produce 10p or so..... We had to pay more than £30 for it, including an outrages price of more than £20 for the part itself, and then top it up with shipping costs, VAT, etc. This is really very annoying and totally unjustified - a case of unfairly exploiting a captive customer for unreasonable profits!!!

Jan 23,2015Typically Swiss, this Jura coffee machine is brilliant. Works in exactly the way it says it does and is not difficult to start up from scratch. Any problem it has it will tell you about such as more beans, more water, clean drip tray.

Jan 09,2015Overall service OK in terms of delivery time. However, the part was VERY expensive and only needed to be replaced because of the poor quality of the plating, which had only lasted 3 years - NOT acceptable for a £1,000 machine. Also, the cappuccino steam stopped working properly after a year or so and Jura have not made any useful suggestions as to how to fix this.

Dec 12,2014We treated ourselves to an Impressa Z5 a number of years ago. It's still making great coffee, several years later. We've had it serviced a couple of times and recently had to buy a new milk cooler as my husband broke the original! We ordered the replacement and it arrived the next day. We'd love to upgrade to the latest Impressa - but the price is rather prohibitive, unfortunately!
