Sep 13,2015This purchase of Z6 was a replacemnt of a previous jura model which we loved. I cannot praise jura enough, who I contacted directly, for their help and assistance in choosing the correct new model for me.Their service was excellent, the delivery was next day, so the purchase went through without an problems. The machine is everything and more than we wanted and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending jura and the new machine.

Sep 04,2015As a British expat living in Madeira, I needed some spare parts for my one year old Giga 5 coffee machine. Unfortunately even though the items I was ordering were very light and would easily fit into a A4 envelope the company would not send them to me here. I only visit the UK one a year and will have to wait until I'm next there to get the parts. Ironically.... I got my Giga 5 machine (several kilos) delivered to me here in Madeira without any fuss at all.

Aug 11,2015It works as described. It is nicely built and the quality is good. One thing that is not so good is the PSU. It has a built-in 2-pin Euro plug with a separate Euro to UK adaptor which makes it feel like a temporary connection.

Aug 11,2015I have had three Jura coffee machines since 1993. I have just bought my third one, as the one I had since 2000 finally gave up the ghost. 15 years' good service was made possible by Jura UK's good servicing. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and their workmanship is excellent. Recently I bought, online from Jura UK, a Jura milk cooler to go with my latest Jura Impressa coffee machine. Again, the transaction was efficient and delivery prompt. Excellent service for excellent coffee machines - Roger Federer would approve!

It makes a fantastic cup of coffee, and espresso, and capucino....and now I have purchased the wonderful Jura milk cooler.....it is even better.... what next? I just can't wait ....
