The help that was given after I had stupidly, poured beans into the powder shoot was excellent and I need to discuss with your team how I can customise my cappuccino's! Your coffee beans are expensive compared to the beans I bought at Migro in Zurich. I am getting used to the machine and we enjoying the different flavours we are creating.

We have enjoyed serving our coffee from our Jura Coffee Machine. It was a great purchase and from the beginning we had excellent expert advise and help from your servicing engineers. We are only a small coffee shop opening 3 hours per day. All the staff are happy to clean down the machine at close of business as it is so simple. I can order online cleaning materials and have delivery within a few days. All in all we are very pleased with Jura.

The product is first class and gives an excellent coffee ,however the price of the cleaning products are expensive and need to be cheaper. The instructions have to be followed closely and need to be taken slowly,but thanks to a first class customer base they guide you through any questions you have or problems .Enjoy you experience in making great coffee.

I have owned a C9 One touch for 8 years and I use it every day. I have had it serviced only 2 or 3 times following a breakdown where it was repaired promptly and sent back to me by courier. It can be adjusted to produce coffee according to ones taste easily and further adjusted to produce one off coffees for guests. It is very consistent, easy to clean and maintain and easy to use. The only thing I don't like about this machine is the milk frother is fixed and some of my late glasses do not fit under it. That being said the machine overall is excellent, seems extremely well made and is complimented by Jura's excellent customer service. If my machine broke down and was beyond repair, would I buy a new one? Absolutely.

I needed a replacement tray for my machine, could not find a reference for it and emailed customer service for assistance, not only did they identify the part they sent it without cost. Whilst not a lot of money this shows comitment to customer satisfaction.

I was offered as present a Jura home-use coffee machine back in 1971 when I was engaged to my present wife in Athens, Greece. That first Jura coffee small machine was replaced by another larger Jura coffee machine with the use of a stainless steel milk tank in 1982 when we moved to London , England. Since then, we have been using always Jura coffee machines for all family and close friends and just now we are the happy owners of the Jura Z9, which has a cooler milk unit next to it and has nothing to envy for being a professional use machine.

After finding an issue with my Jura which is less than 2 years old, i contacted Jura via email and waited a couple of days for a response which was a little too long in my opinion. The response then requested that i contact an engineer and provided a telephone number, again a little disapointing. If i have a problem with a £2000 machine then i expect a fairly quick response/acknowledment via email and would then expect an engineer to call me, not the other way round.

Online ordering of spares and coffee has been quick and efficient. I will use this system again. However trying to speak to a person on the phone is a trying and very unsatisfactory experience. The person who is responsible is never available, no one else is able to help and although they sometimes call you back this is not satisfactory as it is not possible to discuss coffee at the time of their choice when one is in a meeting! Until last year I was always able to speak to a very pleasant man who helpfully and quickly dealt with my requests - alas no more.

offer sent via email, link did not work, when they finally figured it out I placed my order and waited and waited and waited. Eventually after some emails to them it turned up, no apologies nothing. I will think twice before buying from them again. Good products rotten service.
