Place an order for spare parts one late afternoon and early next morning the goods had arrived almost like they had been hand delivered from round the corner

I have used the Jura website to order new products and to help with my machine that presented with a fault. The service I received in both instances was first class, I felt that the repair team went above and beyond in their help and I would like to thank them.

I was trying to order a replacement steam thermo-block for my Jura X5 and had to ring Jura UK several times before I was able to get through to parts because the department (his name is Miles apparently) was in training. Training is a good thing, but so is providing cover! Then I found that having been quoted £48 by technical for the required part, Miles then quoted me over £60+VAT. Why the discrepancy? I ended up ordering the part from Germany, so your loss I guess.

Love the product but my only grip is that I didn't know how or when it was going to be delivered it would have been a lot better if you had sent a email confirming when you had shipped the product so I knew when to expect it!

I bought the JURA S9Impressa Classic and am really glade I did. Takes all the guesswork out of making great coffee. With the price of coffee in shops now it will pay for itself in no time. Would recommend to anyone.

so we buy a new jura F8 coffee machine set it all up as per instructions press for a cappuicino,cold ,another, another All cold every time . One hour later ,all coffees, with milk cold . Rang Jura might be because milk flowing to fast will send out restrictors Question - was this the first machine ever sold if so why was this not picked up at development ,if not why was it sent out not working Not happy

It's very easy to review this product and rate it highly. Aesthetics are superb, beautifully designed and very compact. But as for the coffee, wow. So so easy to use and the quality of the coffee (using quality beans) is just stunning. Unlike some machines, the coffee is also delivered hot and this is a factor that has persuaded me against such a purchase in the past. I hate lukewarm coffee and I'm not microwaving it either! It's also worth mentioning that it's very quick to heat up but does benefit from sitting for a few further minutes once the 'ready' light is illuminated to ensure really hot coffee. I tend to drink long blacks but guests appreciate the other types of coffee too. The milk frother does take some adjustment tho and I think (?) I've almost mastered it. I've been on a caffeine high since it arrived!

I was very disappointed with the service I recently received from Jura. I had a problem with my machine and it took over a week for somebody to attend and even then it required the engineer to take the machine away leaving me unable to sell products to my customers. I had to keep chasing Jura and despite numerous promises that I would get a call back it never materialised. I would be very reluctant to recommend Jura.

Bought a couple of steam nozzle attachments at £3.50 each... Postage £3.60!!! Shocking for a tiny item to be sent. Took longer to arrive than the 48hrs stated. Item great... Postage rubbish

My only criticism is that the cup warmer does not remember. When the unit has been switched off, for example for a holiday or power failure, it has to be reprogrammed when switched back on.
