Aug 07,2014I called because of a problem with my F9. I had sent my machine for service a couple of years back and remember thinking it was pricey. On this occasion I spoke to Adam who talked me through the problem and helped resolve it. Jura machines are best in class and the service I got from Adam which did not cost me a penny was also first in class. it actually reminded me of the service I get at Miele. Absolutely first class service.

Jul 15,2014I rang in for help as would be my first order to check I was buying the correct things. Was told Miles on holiday so said would ring back the following week. Rand back the next week to be told you can order on line which he more or less told me I had to do. So what's the point of saying ring this number to order goods when they can't be bothered! First time anyone from jura was not helpful. Did worry me a little after spending over £2,000 on a coffee machine.

Jul 06,2014Correct order and dispatched very promptly however for the second time they have ignored the delivery address and sent it to the invoice address. UPS also only deliver mid week. After the 4th delivery attempt it was left with one of their agents at a local newsagent however the woman there could not get the handset to work and she insisted i unpack the parcel so she could keep the barcode..she did offer me a free black bin bag to carry my goods home though. Pretty poor considering i could have bought thru amazon and they would have delivered weekends and left with a neighbour if i wanted.

Jun 11,2014I sent my order off to Jura and it arrived in a couple of days. But when i went to put the filter in my Micro1 I realised I had ordered the white ones instead of the blue ones. I rang jura and the lady could not have been more helpful. I sent the white ones back and recieved the blue ones by return of post with no charge!

Jun 01,2014The Jura coffee machine is my first bean to cup and whilst more expensive than the capsule machines it makes truly great coffee. However far better for me if the in-built intelligence within the machine that runs rinse cycles when needed, advises when anything at all needs refilling or replacing and it is a doddle to use. But best of all when guests call at my office it is a central talking point as well as making 4 great coffees in very little time.

Aug 14,2014I ordered some cleaning material for my Jura Coffee Machine and they were with me almost by return of post. You could not expect a better service
