It broke down after a few months, and now constantly every four to five months the milk frother wears out. I do not recommend anyone to buy such an expensive coffee machine for a big price!!!! I am very disappointed with this company

I had an exceptional repair service from Jura. Adam in customer services is the type of individual all "service" companies should employ if they want top class service organisation. From constant feedback to taking care of any errors, I have been left very happy that I have always bought a Jura coffee machine

Ena Micro we had for under 2 years. Died under 12 months ago. Went into Jura over £200 to fix. 10 months later the same issue dead and they now want another £200 plus to repair it Called Jura oh we only cover parts for 6 months - quite rude and dismissive. Do not bother with these machines they will cost you 3 times what you pay for it initially in repairs (LEMON ALERT)

I bought an ENA8 coffee machine 3 weeks ago, but noticed after a day there was a dead pixel right in the middle of the display. I sent the machine back to Jura for a repair and it was returned 3 days ago minus the water filter. I phoned up to ask for a replacement water filter which they sent, but now there is an issue with the milk frothed spitting milk everywhere and not working as it did before, which means another complaint to Jura - except their customer services don’t operate on a Saturday. Very frustrated. This coffee machine has been nothing but hassle.

I bought a Capresso Tea Maker from Jura. It has leaked water from the beginning. They want me to send it back at my expense. Very very disappointed in the product and Jura service. Their customer service and their policies are horrible... Very very very disappointed and upset!!!! I would not recommend this company are this product!!!!😢😢😢😢😢😢

This review is about the customer service. I do own a Jura product, but "only" a milk frother. During lockdown the frother stopped working. Much to our annoyance we discovered the warranty had also just run out. We use this thing at least twice a day, every day, so it's an important part of the kitchen. Despite the warranty no longer being valid, I called Jura to see if they had any tips as to what the problem may be. From the initial contact on, the customer service team went above and beyond to help. They are friendly, knowledgeable and certainly went the extra mile to find a resolution for me - bearing in mind that the warranty had run out! A fantastic team and one of the most positive customer experiences I've ever had. I've heard the coffee machines are also pretty damn good too!

In November last year I paid around £1500 to buy a “new” Jura z6 expecting for so much money and brand Jura I would get a good reliable machine, After 3 months it broke so I returned it be repaired under warranty, A week later I received an email saying repaired code 32 guarantee also informing me the machine was built in 2017 !, hardly new unused maybe but a 4 year old machine sold as new, two days later I received an invoice for £ 250 pounds which included £10 pounds for collection when in fact I delivered it to them. I contacted them which was hard enough to say it’s water damage and not under guarantee, I’m still waiting on the erroneous collection charges. From my experiance DONT buy from such a shoddy company.

Wanted to switch from a Miele capsule machine. Bought a Jura S8 (£1,300), which upon delivery failed (the water would not pump through to initiate a rinsing of the system). Waited 4 days for a replacement machine. Which arrived, only to have the same problem. Jura claimed to have tested both machines before they left their warehouse. Sorry, I don't believe this. Over a week into the whole process I started to question reliability. Given I had spent over 4hrs on the phone sorting / trying to follow instructions from a Jura engineer. I said to my retail supplier I would upgrade to another Jura machine, but thought I deserved an extended warranty or discount to reflect the time I had spent. Didn't even get a response. If you buy a Jura I would recommend taking out an extended warranty. I have taken into account that we are in the middle of an unprecedented global pandemic, but still customer service and product quality is lacking given the pricing point of this product. Caveat Emptor !

My first Bean to Cup Coffee machine produced good coffee but was a bit fiddly to operate and messy to clean. My new Jura E6 is a real smooth operator. The machine looks good, it’s possible to make auto settings to produce espresso, cappuccino and others to your preferred strength and temperature. With the addition of an optional extra I can operate the machine from my phone or iPad. The maintenance of the machine is automated and the coffee maker guides the user through the process. The people in the London showroom in Marylebone Road near Baker Street Station were very friendly and helpfully demonstrated the machines with sample coffees. I ended up ordering my machine from Juraoutlet.uk and obtained an ex showroom model which gave a saving over a brand new machine. Delighted to recommend Jura.

We bought an E8 machine and 0.6L Cool Control, the cool control has been freezing the milk for the last month. I have been contacting customer service since January, with either a non response, or indication that they would send a box to send in the unit but its been over a month now with no box. For such an expensive brand you would think their customer service would be a bit more attentive to their customers. Customer Services is quite frankly appalling / non existent.

no customer service very slow delivery. Coffee ordered 30/12/19 it says delivery within 2/3 working days. No delivery and no response from customer services. Think I will be ordering coffee from anywhere but here in future. Had ordered coffee on 02/01/20 from another company delivered free next day.

I've had a Jura for 12 years, really simple to set up and operate and it has been making coffee consistently just how I like it. Recently, it developed a small leak, so I sent it in for a paid service. Essentially, the device has come back brand new, most of the parts replaced and good for another 12 years. I can't rate the product or the Jura UK service highly enough!

Always wanted a Jura, I thought the ultimate coffee machine. Saved up purchased it and it makes incredible coffee. Also was so impressed with a complimentary coffee that arrived a few days later. Awesome I thought......then after enjoying a month of great coffee, I tried to understand the incredibly complex milk cleaning system......so complicated that I stopped using the milk frother. Then the tray jammed due to me using the ground powder option, could not get tray in or out. Called customer service a few times, did not phone back, person on the other side who after a few calls finally got hold of could have been a lot more helpful. Finally after much effort got machine working. It is so much hassle I have stopped using milk and powder and only use the machine to grind beans. Have in the past had a Saeco and Delonghi both amazing and trouble free, hardly had to ever clean and they worked and worked for years. My Jura is 6 months old and it needs so much work and attention. Personally I would not buy a Jura unless you want hassle. A machine of this price and quality should be a lot easier to use.

Poor service no interest shown. This is Jura’s in hose repair service located in Colne Lancashire..When we call add for a update on the repair status at 1530 on a Friday we were told that they have all gone home and that the person had no access to the computer to check on the progress of repair. We had a email stating that the machine had been serviced and repaired on the Monday saying they would contact us regards delivery by courier. This was never done and we missed the courier as we had no idea it was on its way. We phoned and asked for it to be resent out to us , we were told this would be done ,this did not happen . We called again in fact it was not done and we were then told we would have to wait another 5 days for delivery. Considering this is a high end machine it beggars belief. Poor,poor customer service . I would go to another supplier of machines as to be quite honest I am sure you get better levels of customer support and service. Pretty poor.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! I bought a Jura Z6 in March 2016 for £1895 and haven't used it at all for the past year because it broke again for the third time at just over 12 months old. I am frankly fed up with the number of times it has become faulty and has had to be returned for repair. On the first occasion it had to be returned to Jura it was damaged in transit on return to me due to poor packaging. They would not agree to replace the machine despite the damage being their fault. I agreed to get the machine repaired again since I had no choice. Six months later the machine broke again with a different problem and would not work at all: 'Error 2'. I have not had this experience with any other coffee maker at half the price I paid for this one!

call customer centar nobody answering on the call for about 40 min not good service not the first time calling yesterday is again no answer from your great service customer tim no opening time to see bad bad bad i am going to scrap this machine and get back to nespresso machine and get good support if i need from them very disappointed about your support.i will never used again and give all my friends advice not to buy any of this machine because if something going wrong no support at all?

Recently purchased a machine from Amazon. It arrived missing a small part for one of the control dials and Amazon were unable to supply this. One email to Jura and the part was sent to me within 24 hours at no cost to me. An excellent first impression of Jura customer service and makes you keen to stay with a brand Oh and the actual coffee machine is great as well!

we have 4 Jura coffee machines a mix of impressa xj9's and Giga's. we clean as required by Jura and also descale as recommended by Jura and yet seldom do we have all 4 machines working with out some kind of problem? Problems such as leaking are common, leaving puddles under and around the machine and with the power switch situated at the bottom of the machine we have had members of staff receive electric shocks! with an assortment of breakdowns we are on first name basis with staff and management a like at Jura service as are we with the engineers who attend site. Not what you would expect form a premium brand that specialises in automatic coffee machines!!
