costumer service is misunderstanding, do not try to send email couse they never answer, 0800 304 7470 - nobody pick your phone, the other number 01282868266 - choose option 4, in other case you wait ages... and nobody pick. Do not understand why i have to wait for call from service, thats why you have hotline to deal with costumer

Jura, yet again are missing the point. So typically Swiss. One star, friction? I just hope I don't have to talk to anyone - all I've tried to do is order a spare part online and that was difficult enough. Whenever I speak directly to Jura by phone, and I have done a few times as I own three of their machines, it has been a very pleasant experience. Their UK staff are pleasant, helpful and knowledgable and they have always been able to answer my questions. However, and this is a huge however, if I actually want to buy a part they just don't seem geared up to sell it to me. One of my machines is quite old - have had to buy parts from Germany. Their website doesn't even recognise the model number and I have just purchased a small component because I know it;s the same as in another series that does feature on the list. It's just difficult when it should be simple. The seem to have the view that "you paid a lot of money for your machine, so you can pay us loads more to maintain it". These machines are not complex.
my review is based not only on the machine but also on the company who supplied me with the machine. The company who supplied the machine black & white coffee Boston in Lincolnshire, have give wrong information or lack of information from day one. We are told one thing by Jura and another by Black & white coffee, we are due to purchase a new machine and it wont be using Black & white and sadly because of the poor service via black & white it wont be a jura. I hope any new businesses do not go through our experiences with a company who do not understand Jura machines well enough to sell them. we should have been told when we were sold this machine that we have to have it serviced every 12 months if we fail to do so the grinder breaks down. When we bought the machine we should have been told there is no servicing included with the machine, we assumed that the servicing would be included but we now find out it is not, very poor service, a company selling Jura machines should understand what they are selling there is no product knowledge at Balck & White and no customer services.
