Excellent Customer service over the phone, I believe it was Nathan I spoke to and Mark when I rang again, almost too easy, will definitely recommend.

Measured up the vertical blinds headers left by the previous occupier and ordered the slats - as described in one of the online videos. The price was very competitive so was wary. I needn't have been because 10 days later the 85 slats arrived exactly to specification - and very good quality too. After viewing another of their online videos the installation was so easy and straightforward. I will certainly use this company again. 5 stars!

For a company to condone one of their workers entering a woman’s home and make her feel vulnerable and UNSAFE, because she expressed she wasn’t happy that the blinds had been measured wrong, is absolutely disgusting! Not only did the worker storm out the home, he came back to continuously bang on the door, refusing to stop, until she answered. Following the incident, the manager at the office was called and he also was extremely RUDE. If you want to be treated properly, and feel safe when a stranger is entering your home, do NOT use this company.

If I could give no stars then I would and I’ve never even had them fitted yet. The fitter came today and made a start on the job. 20 mins in he said they had been measured wrong by an inch and half and he would have to come back to fit that window. I expressed my frustration and by that I don’t mean swearing or shouting just as you’d imagine after waiting weeks of waiting and being stuck in the house for the day - It amounted to a couple of sentences at the most. He got annoyed and said he would get someone else to fit them and started taking his stuff to the van. I was then trapped In my own home feeling extremely vulnerable and uncomfortable. I had my husband on the phone until he had left. Once he left the house I locked the door and rang the office. The response from the manager was horrendous. I was crying on the phone and not once did he ask if I was ok. He was defensive and it was obvious he had spoken to the fitter before me and had made his opinion of the situation and me before even speaking to me. The manager said I had slammed the door in his face. I had in fact made sure he had taken everything out of my home before locking the door to feel safe. I do not want to deal with this company for a great number of reasons and they are refusing to give me back £650 deposit and are insisting the same man comes back to fit them. For any woman that has male trades people in their home, there is a feeling of vulnerability to that anyway. I will ensure that I have someone with me in future. One so that there is always a witness to any exchange and two to feel safe

Made arrangements for them to come to my house and noone turned up in the slotted time. I rearranged and still noone turned up again and they said it was my fault?!! I can't believe that they are still in business if they treat people like this??!!! Needless to say I went with someone else!!

This company have no customer service skills. They refused to refund even though it was there mistake. I did not sign any contract and they just kept stating we cannot refund you. Rude staff kept hanging up on the phone if I asked them questions they had no idea to answer. I have ordered before from them and the quality of the measuring is not good. Especially for wooden venitian blinds. I would never get blinds off them anymore. I just wished I read the reviews before as multiple customers have issues with the way they are being spoken to. They are nice to you until you have paid them after that even though nothing had been fitted they ignore your calls and then refuse to refund. UPDATE TO REPLY You must be talking about another customer or making things up as usual. I have never been abusive and RAISING YOUR VOICE TO GET YOUR POINT ACROSS IS NOT BEING ABUSIVE. Get your staff some training in customer service skills. I have recorded the phone call and will post link of the recording so everyone can here the customer service you provide.

Really happy with our recent purchase of faux wood venetian blinds, so pleased with them that we have ordered some more! Good quality, fitted within a couple of weeks of ordering, good communication from our very friendly fitter - very happy all round and would definitely recommend Just Blinds.

Free delivery? Not to all UK postcodes. Money refunded, but why was my order taken and paid for if the UK postcode I supplied was not among those they would deliver to? £31 order. Extra £12 for delivery grossly excessive in my opinion.

I’ve ordered twice from Just Blinds. The first time was for vertical slats to replace my tired ones. Super fast delivery, well made and colour compared to website was spot on. Just received new vertical kitchen blinds. With the header. Perfect fit , width and length , colour again spot on ( although I had ordered a free sample so knew the colour was perfect). Service is excellent and the staff on the phone, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended :-)

After waiting months for Argos to stock vertical slats, I gave up waiting and found this company. I am really pleased with the quality of the slats (superior to Argos), and especially as they are made to my measurements (no more measuring and cutting). The slats are supplied complete with hangers, weights and chains. My next order will definitely be with Just-Blinds.co.uk

Just had my bright white vertical blinds fitted. They are perfect, look great and give the privacy I needed without blocking out the light. The fitter was friendly, left no mess and worked with speed. Highly recommended

Head Rail arrived scratched and damaged,no one could care a toss,received email from Just Blinds to say all there head rails were scratched from there supplier,wanted me to send head rail back at my expense,the head rail was over seven foot in length,a right joke. Binned head rail that was the best place.Would not recommend this shower to anyone

Awful company! I have unfortunately been dealing with this company for 2 months, someone came out to measure and took my order for 5 faux wood Venetian blinds. On the day of fitting there was problems with a couple of measurements, and he had put a slightly different blind in one room without letting on. When he came back out to rectify this he had made another mismeasure and hung the blinds on bay window terribly wonky, and damaging my window frames with his endless careless drilling but they couldn't care less about the damage that's been caused. I had lost all faith at this point and called company direct to speak with a manager, I told the manager I wanted to return all blinds and get a full refund, I was told no they dont do refunds, and they can make as many attempts as they like to rectify their mistakes, this in itself is disgusting refusing customers their consumer rights! I felt I had no choice but to let them put this right so he took the blind to cut it came back wonky he also made an attempt to fill some holes in a fashion. I have now been given a different fitter who has since brought one wrong blind after this they refunded me for 1 blind. and came back today with another new blind, this has different toggles and a shiny finish unlike others. I am completely fed up with them, I have had to constantly chase them to try and get the service I have paid for. I have never known anything like it, it's an absolute joke. Avoid them!

Fantastic blinds at a great price, ordered 3 using the special offer for just under £90 and all came in a speedy timeframe and incredibly well packed (due to my windows 244cm width I was shocked at just how big the tube was :D). All went up in minutes and i loved that I got 2 spare slats per blind, all fitted perfectly and they look great. Highly recommended.

I ordered 4 headrails and they arrived within 6 days. One was ordered for 114cm but the received item was 116cm. Emailed Just Blinds advising the problem and had a reply back within 10mins saying another headrail was being cut. Received within 2 days. Impressed! Thanks very much. Excellent quality for the price
