We placed a order for two Aluminium doors and installation on 1st February, costing a total of £4197. There have been numerous issues with the order that to this day (10th June) are still not resolved and would not recommend Just Value Doors to anyone. Detail of the numerous issues encountered: * One door panel and frame were delivered damaged, with visible dents and scratch marks. It took until June for a replacement to be delivered and this panel is still not what we ordered (see below). * The quality of the welding on the aluminium panels is extremely poor. All weld seams are visibly raised and poorly finished. Some sections of panel are not even properly welded to the extent that there are visible gaps at some seams. * The wrong trim was delivered on three separate occasions. I struggle to see why anyone would want wood grain plastic trim to go with Aluminium doors. * The quality of installation was poor. We've been left with a massive (10mm in places) seam of silicone around the edge of the one door that looks awful. * We paid for a warm edge spacer in the glazing panel of one door but this was not provided on either the first door panel or the replacement unit. Overall I'd caution anyone looking to buy Aluminium doors from this company. The manufacturer they use has poor standards and quality control, on top of that the installers used appear to be relatively unskilled.

Time for the customer services respondent to learn how to spell and understand grammar. It is not "for this we apologies" .. it is spelt 'apologise'. It is also not "we could of done better" - it's "we could've done better" or "could have done better". Remember, your customer service skills are a reflection of the overall professional standard your company.
I recently bought a back door from Just Value doors. It arrived with the wrong size beading to hold the door panel in. It then took 10 (yes you read right) ten attempts for them to send me the correct beads. Each time I spoke to them they were apologetic and assured me that they'd get it right next time, but they'd either send the same (incorrect) type over and over again or a completely different type, when they did first send the correct type they were too short, then the wrong type arrived (correct length) then finally after over a month of having a drafty door they sent the correct ones. The actual door is OK I paid extra for a thermal upgrade and was disappointed to see how thin the door panel is. I'm unsure how they have a Which? trusted trader badge. Now the door is sorted I have asked for a partial refund to reflect the amount of time I've wasted on this door but as yet I've not had a reply.. (edit 30/3/19, now I have a reply, see below. I'll contact them directly and report back on here)
Quality of goods was great. Delivery and customer service were not good. We were originally promised delivery within 1 - 2 weeks on the phone but once delivery was confirmed it fell out with the 2 week window. Furthermore, we received communication mid morning on the day the goods were due to arrive after waiting from 8am to say that they were not coming due to a glazing issue which must have been known about well before the day of delivery. When raised our concern over how it was handled, we were simply recited various terms and conditions and informed that they had no control over production, delivery or any communication regarding both as it all came from their subcontracted manufacturer. This lack of ownership now raises concern over how any after-sales concerns may be dealt with should they arise.
Excellent service from beginning to end,we had a new front and back door and are very happy with them and have had loads of compliments about them.

Ordering online was really simple and easy. Although they promised to deliver in 12 working days, they delivered in seven. When I called up to ask a question, the team were very polite and helpful. The door itself is lovely, when you close it, it's not clunky, feels soft and premium, and it looks great. I am very happy with the quality of the product, the service provided, and the price, which was the cheapest I could find online. My favourite part? I didn't have to do any of that silly messing about with someone coming to my house like you get with Everest and other window companies.
