For the second order placed in a row, I have been let down on delivery and without any communication explaining why and when I can expect delivery. Once is unfortunate but twice is negligence. Oh how quick to send out conglatutory feedback requests!! my advice just do what you say your going to do then most customers will be happy.

Long wait for an idea of delivery date. In the end it was 4 weeks from order. Had I known I wouldn't have ordered. The 2-3weeks I recall reading turns out not so for me.

I can only agree with another review that this company is a harassment seller. I could accept unprofessional stuff, tons of email, account opening but (!) they give you your delivery date only after confirming that you will help the driver to upload your glass!!! And when you confirm your availability on delivery date and confirm twice your readiness to help with uploading and when delivery date will be confirmed twice - they do not come!!!! Of course this is a working day and of course you have to take a day off and they do not come!!!! They came three days later without any announcement so my wife had to run through the community to look for someone who can help! Terrible company, miserable service. I write reviews not often but this time it is a must. Everyone who need a glass product should avoid this "company"

RESPONSE TO JVD- you offered to send Magicman which as the review stated if you read has caused over £6000 damage to our house already. Would you let that person come back! Stop making excuses for your pathetic levels of service. Amazing how you can respond on public spaces but not via email isn’t it. Clever skill! The clue is in the name- Value. Please do not make the same mistake. This lot are an absolute shambles. If you do want to go with the price then pay on credit card as after month so being messed around I fortunately have section 75 to fall back on and claim for our doors where the paint started peeling off in weeks! Their answer is to let magician come and fix it. Give them a google- I dare you! They ruined something else for us prior to this experience and had I looked at their reviews I wouldn't have let them anywhere near our house! Just value doors have no other option apparently. It took them 8 weeks to figure that out- that pretty much sums up the competency level of the individuals. These guys are typical window and doors sales- lovely til you part with the cash then bury their heads in the sand. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I can’t recommend enough! From ordering all the way through to the delivery, fantastic service. I had questions prior to my order and Kyle helped with it all. Even when there were problems with ordering and payments etc, got replies really fast and got it sorted, they were genuinely really helpful. When part of my order (tape and spacers) didn’t arrive, Nick was fast to reply and sent another straight out. The windows are fantastic and were an exact match so I could put them straight in! I don’t scowl at my window every day as my other units were broken! Will be using to replace my others. When I was searching for a company to go with I was really dubious about who to go with, but their website was straight forward, no forms to fill in for the lead diamonds or anything like the other sites wanted. Genuinely a fantastic company that I can’t recommend enough! Cheers!

We have used this company twice for door glass. The first time it took nearly 3 months to get the glass ( we had renovated an entire property by the time it arrived. I had to send several emails and make phone calls to get it delivered. Now we have ordered some more, to see if it's any better. Delivery date within 2 weeks, I thought that was pretty good. The delivery day came and went, I waited in for 12 hours and nothing showed up. So I rang them up today, they said the glass was there so they would find out from "despatch" when it would be delivered and call back. They didn't call back, so I rang up again, and they rang through to despatch to be told one of the glass panels was damaged and now I have to wait 2 more weeks. It's poor service at best on both occasions and the only reason for 2 stars is I like the website, and they answer the phone quickly. Otherwise it would have been 1 star.

DO NOT USE, THIS COMPANY HAS NO DESIRE TO HELP WHEN THEY GET IT WRONG, ALMOST DELIBERATELY UNHELPFUL AND SLOW SO THAT YOU GIVE UP. My door was found to be broken when installing it and despite my reporting it instantly and phoning daily to see what was happening they took an age to respond and come up with any answer as to what they were going to do, claiming it was normal for it to be weeks to get things looked at, never mind being solved. When they finally got round to sending the replacement part they expected me to take the door apart to change the faulty part and told me that if I damaged anything in the process they were not to blame. Also they sent door and hinges separately and again expected me to know how and where to fit them. In the end had to pay someone to come and fix the problem which Just Value Doors refused to cover, but offered half the value as a good will gesture...and guess what, still haven't received it.

Fantastic service from start to finish, the sales team were attentive and when I had a question about my order, the customer service was quick to respond. I've ordered one door but will be going back to them to get a French door.
