Jan 29,2024Firstly we would like to say that we would happily recommend Just Value Doors and have already. We have placed 2 orders over the last 2 years and have been completely satisfied with both the quality of the windows and doors and the ordering, delivery and customer support service. Yes the 2nd order was delayed from the warehouse but we did have Christmas in between. We use an independent fitter who fits a lot of their windows and he will always come and measure for us to ensure we get it right. Even when our last order came in two parts Nick Brook customer service manager was great. He chased them, was polite and apologetic. Sometimes we can’t control things but he always went that extra mile. If I could to this review I would post pictures

Jan 28,2024So our builder used this cowboy company for our Patio doors. He won't be using them again. First our delivery was put back a week at short notice, no worries things happen - we had to rearrange all our other trades to come a week later (door fitter, plasterer, electrician etc). Next the order was delivered a week later on a Friday, but not the complete order as it was missing the door handles and bottom sill making it impossible to fit. Company was called straight away once the builder realised the missing parts weren't there within an hour of the delivery. 'Customer support' were useless, needing an email for some reason to be able to help us, despite the builder calling to report the missing parts. No apology was given for the incomplete order and there was zero urgency to correct the mistake. Nobody took ownership and tried to help us on the day. Once again the door fitter, plasterer, electrician all had to be rearranged. Fast forward to Monday and the builder was assured the order would be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. Tuesday goes by with no delivery, on Wednesday at around 1pm I chased by calling the office to speak with the 'Customer Service Manager' (how did this guy get this job??). I was informed he was at lunch, no worries, was told he would call when he was back off lunch. No call came through by 3pm, so called again, was told he was on a call and would call back in 10 mins. No call received after 45 mins so I called again and this time I spoke with him. No apology for not calling me back or for the mess that his company has created. He then informs me the missing parts aren't being delivered until Friday and there's nothing that he can do and that he's doing me a favour by even speaking to me as the customer is my builder, not me. He hangs up on me mid sentence. So this meant once again changing plans and rearranging various trades to come in and complete the build of my extension. Builder also tried to call and was also hung up on by the expert Customer Service Manager they employ that I can’t name, who seems to not know how to do his job. To say that this experience has been a bad one is an understatement and I can't stress enough for anyone thinking of using these cowboys to steer well clear and go somewhere else. You learn a lot about a company by how they treat customers when things go wrong. They don't care, they won't help you and they'll be rude at the same time and hang up on you. Oh and Just Value Doors please don't bother posting a reply to this message as we all know it's a load of nonsense. The Customer Service Manager shouldn't be allowed near customers as he's useless and rude. Even if this stops just one customer buying from you I will be glad you utter cowboys. Update: As expected they’ve responded with a nonsense response and claimed I’m lying haha. Says everything you need to know about this company and their lack of customer service. AVOID you have been warned.

The website was also easy to use and there was a generous free add-on to the order. If the product lives up to the sales then I will be very impressed indeed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

Dec 14,2023I ordered two windows in mid-October, four days later I receive an automated email stating that delivery would take 8 weeks (mid-December). Delivery information on the website states two weeks for stock items and four weeks for non-stock items. I wasn't happy about the 8-week delivery timeframe, so I called them immediately and asked to cancel but was told it was too late to cancel. It is now mid December and I just received a new automated email stating that the windows won't be delivered for another 4 weeks (mid-January)! That will be 3 months total delivery time for UPVC widows. Completely unacceptable. These are standard windows, nothing too fancy, they are anthracite black/ grey which is one of the standard colours on their website. I am guessing that these products are made in China and then shipped to the UK, which is why it takes so long for delivery. If the website was honest with the delivery times, I would have purchased somewhere else. I guess we will have no windows for Christmas then, not happy at all.
