Jan 25,2019I am really pleased with the quality and the price of my new windows. I have encountered most of the cowboys in my area when it came to home improvements. But. I am pleased to say that JWS have been wonderful. Their fitters actually communicate. They are fast efficient and really care about the fine details, that ensure a great finish. They cleaned up as they installed in each room. And nothing was too much trouble So thank you Craig and James You don't need overalls. I have told your Boss that he should get you superman outfits. I would sincerely recommend this company to anyone.

Jan 19,2019I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Just had my second lot of triple glazed windows fitted. The quality of the windows is excellent. The fitters worked so hard, especially in the freezing conditions and snow which we had today. They put dust sheets down on all the carpets, and cleaned and hoovered everywhere before leaving, and were extremely well mannered, and I had no problems at all. Thank you JWS Home Improvements.

Dec 29,2018I chose JWS as I had had previous dealings with them and was satisfied with the level of service and price. However, on this occasion JWS were let down badly by one member of staff. A date and time for installation was fixed. However, one hour after they had failed to turn up I rang JWS only to be connected to a very glib person who tried to pass the buck by saying "Oh, they haven't put it on the board" The same person told me that it would take 2 days to install and not the one day I had been promised. When I told him that time was essential, he said "Time is not essential at all" I then pointed out that JWS were in breach of contract by failing to attend on time and also in relation to the time required for fitting. This person said he would get back to me. He later rang me to say that a fitter would attend at 7.30am the following day. Dave, the fitter, duly arrived on time and alone. I had been told that a team of three would attend due to the number of doors being replaced. Dave's approach was completely different. He worked hard all day sustained by numerous hot drinks. I could not have been more pleased by his workmanship. It such a pity that JWS could not employ more people like this. The anonymous person who I spoke to let the side down very badly and his actions reflected badly on the reputation of JWS.

Nov 28,2018The only concern I had was from the door to door sales man who called & told me I needed a whole new window frame (baring in mind my property is only 7 years old) .as I turns out I only needed 2 new panels which are now replaced by a very nice workman , I would recommend JWS as they did a good job at a reasonable price.

Nov 27,2018Excellent quality of materials, very efficicent and polite fitters job done to high standard. Was one drawback the surveyor didnt quite get the right amount of materials for the job which put the work behind for the fitters, we were alright with the delay but not good practice generallly for a good company. Have other jobs to be done and certainly will be contacting them again for these, and hope to get the same fitters as they knew exactly what needed doing, well done lads and thankyou.

Very much appreciated the bacon and egg barms 😊 My project manager " Mo ", is a true gentleman. He is very in touch with customer requirements. I can 100 % recommend this firm for all your home improvements needs.
