Was told the workmen would arrive at 9.30am Monday. Got a message (while at the dentist) just before 9.00am to say previous job had overrun so would arrive the following day. As we had planned our week around the workmen, this was not acceptable. When I returned home, my husband rang to speak to someone. As he was doing this, 2 workmen arrived but then said they had arrived at wrong job so would come back when they had finished other job. Not happy with this. They did come back later and started job which was completed today. However, when we had arranged to be home Monday and Tuesday and then to be told at 9.00am on the Monday morning that they were coming the next day instead, is not very good. Happy with the work though.

Happy with price. Dates agreed to suit us. Fitters polite, friendly, hardworking, punctual and most of all did a good job. It looks great and we understand that neighbours have already asked for quotes.

I am Very pleased with my patio door. Work was carried out very well with little disruption. The only thing, I had my installation date changed twice with little notice. It would not stop me using the company again or recommending them to Friends and family.

We found the work carried out to be excellent and the improvement to the outside of the house lovely to behold We didn't shop around for prices and only had the one quote as the salesman told us everything we needed to know and promised the job would be done within a few weeks , which is what we wanted and sure enough the promise was The fitters turned up when promised and carried on working non stop They couldn't complete the work--as a bees nest had appeared in the roof-so we had to get a pest control firm to deal with them -the fitters did however come back , as promised a few days latter to complete the job They tidied up after themselves not leaving a mess They took away all the old items We would highly recommend JWS
