May 03,2018Well what a change a compnany that does what it says on the tin, great communication, great service, from the canveser, right the way through to the door being fitted, would certainly recommend them without any hesitation. Well done to all concerned.

Apr 30,2018Windows replaced but one was measured incorrectly and didn’t fit and two panes were broken. All resolved now but took 3 visits to fit 9 windows in total plus one day that I took off work to wait in but then jws cancelled at the last minute.

Apr 26,2018From our first meeting with Michael the arrangements proceeded well. The fitting of the roof by Mark, Dale and Danny was speedily completed. The internal plastering and electrics was carried out professionally. All those engaged cleaned up after themselves, and finally our ‘new’ back door arrived and, again, expertly fitted on the agreed date. Thank you to all concerned and Andy in the office who kept in touch. We would recommend JWS without hesitation. Peter & Pat Bradley.

Apr 24,2018A good start to the project despite the very bad weather, which did stop them in the end, but frost and mortar doesn't mix. Then the job progressed well, some issues did arise, but a phone call to the site manager got them sorted. The extension and peaked garage roof is finished now and I am delighted with Mark and Steve and the quality of the finish. Also hats off to Andy the project manager who listened to any concerns I had and dealt with them ensuring everything was to my satisfaction.

Apr 16,2018Home improvements and especially conservatory building, restorations or re-roofing generates to many, including me, shivers down the spine. Once agreed, what will we be left with, particularly behind all the pledges will emerge something we regret, or something we can be proud of and hold delight. I suffered all these fears and apprehensions as the work actually began, but I had no reason to fear at all as it progressed because it quickly became obvious the craftsmen undertaking the work were thorough, and cut absolutely no corners as regarded quality and professionalism. I can thoroughly recommend this company to anyone seeking this type of work without any hesitation whatever. Well done ! My wife and I are really so very pleased with what you have provided.

Mar 28,2018Slow to start and rather late to complete in part due to really bad weather and apparent staff illness. Yet despite these delays my new conservatory has been completed now to my great satisfaction. Certain staff individuals were outstanding, going the extra distance to provide me with features during construction that I requested. My thanks to all concerned.

Mar 25,2018Had the whole of the house tripled glazed with no problems whatsoever. Had occasional blip on the conversion of the conservatory but that I put down to the weather not the contractors. All in all a pleasure to use this company, and would certainly have no hesitation in recommending JWS.

The fitters kept me fully informed as to when they would carrying out the work, and once started, the work was carried out with extreme courtesy and consideration - and a superbly clean job ! This is the second time I have used JWS, and would thoroughly recommend them.
