Nov 13,2021This is the 2nd job JWS have completed for us. The initial sales visit was conducted in a friendly and efficient way. The installation of our door was similar, with a friendly team of 2 men who got on with the job without fuss. We are very happy with the result and would recommend JWS without hesitation.

Jul 29,2021Just had our conservatory roof replaced by JWS. Can’t recommend this firm enough. The guys Mark, Eddie and Rob worked really hard from day one, cleaning up as they went along. Great bunch of lads couldn’t be more helpful and respectful. We now have a usable room instead of a cold conservatory. Can’t recommend enough. Brilliant job lads 👌🏼👌🏼👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Jul 16,2021Booked in for our replacement facias and gutters etc in April 2021 so had to wait a while for the job to start. Think due to covid and Brexit the supplies were hard to get hold of so totally understandable. The whole job only took 3.5 days and that included putting up scaffolding. The 2 guys on the job worked tirelessly and non stop to get it finished and they also cleaned up afterwards which was fantastic. They kept me informed of everything they were doing and why. They removed and took all the old stuff away, & refitted a porch light. The finished result was amazing, looked like a new house, everything was finished off so professionally. I am so impressed at the service of JWS and would definitely recommend them to anybody having new facias etc. If I ever needed or wanted anything else like conservatory or new windows I would definitely give them a call. Jul 14,2021We are very happy with our conservatory. we have always wanted one. Everyone else had said they could only in September, but jws omg started in May and finished in July We are over the moon with them all from starting with Ian who done all foundations & brick work, the glazers the plasterers also the electicians . Well done to you all of you we can't praise you all enough of all the fantastic work you have all done so professional working as a team & a big thank you to Neil in head office well what can we say. Micheal was the one who sold it to us very professional in his line of work. Keep up the fantastic work you all do thank you so much Mr & Mrs hewitt. It's our dream come true thanks to each and everyone of you you have all done your company so proud well done and thanks again 👍👍👍

I had a full explanation of how the work would be done and the process of everything and the teams..ie..roof fitters..electrician..plasterer were so friendly and efficient and made sure everything was tidy before they left the premises..I cannot fault them.. I have already had my windows measured for a quote and I will be using JWS for a good professional job done Thank you

May 08,2021I wish I’d taken note of reviews on here prior to using this company. Had my order for 5 weeks before returning to me 4 weeks prior to the date they’d guaranteed to do the job by wanting another 20% on top of the costs stating they hadn’t priced for doing the steel calcs or building control! Don’t believe a word of it they’d included for everything and I have emails to prove it! Got my money back! You live and learn

Mar 20,2021We have had two jobs carried out by JWS: replacement landing window and conservatory roof conversion. Landing window job was completed in just over an hour. Conservatory roof including room plastering and spotlight fittings took 4 days in total. There were a few snagging issues but the electrician, Terry, and the plasterer, Mark, came back the following week and sorted them out in no time. Everyone we have dealt with from the workmen, the sales guys and Neil in the office have been friendly and helpful. Overall our experience has been an extremely positive one, particularly as relatively new homeowners who haven't undertaken major works previously. We would definitely recommend JWS to friends & family and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Mar 19,2021Early days yet but so far so good, all work carried out to plan, tradesmen extremely pleasant, open to conversation and questions while leaving everything spotless when they finished. Communications with the main office very good, pleasant and helpful staff. Time will tell but no issues so far, have even asked for some more work to be done all reasonably priced

Mar 03,2021The work done was of a guaranteed high standard. The workmen arrived when they said they would and the whole process from initial quote through consultation and survey to completion took only 4 weeks. Given the problems with Covid at this time, I considered that quite an achievement!!
