Nov 26,2024it’s a great experience but something that gets frustrating is when the apps don’t track, especially after downloading and it doesn’t register that you ever downloaded it, meaning you can’t play those games anymore. support is great when it doesn’t track while already earning, but not being able to play after that gets frustrating also. other than that, great experience. please add more bingo games lol.

Nov 25,2024I’ve submitted at least 4 emails to support over the past week about why it isn’t tracking my game progress. Supposedly if you make it to level 7 in the Domino game, you get $20 and if you finish level 30 you get a total of $264. I’m at level 34 and guess what? Apparently I never finished level 7!?!? WTH?!?! And NOBODY will get back to me

Not sure what the tracking issue is for this game, since other rewards for the same game were credited correctly, but support gave me complete instructions on how to get the information they needed and then promptly handled the issue for me.
