Oct 28,2024My experience with my leather seats has been EXCELLENT! The craftsmanship is impeccable. The feel, look, and stitching are remarkable! The work is very Professional, and I really appreciate the Warranty, 36,000 miles or 3 years, included with my Katzkin Leather seats.

Oct 25,2024I ordered upgraded leather seats for my 2020 Grand Cherokee. all front facing was to be leather. No front facing vinyl at all. They had to make them 4 separate times over several months but finally got it right. The company kept sending front facing vinyl seats and told me it was leather. I kept telling them it was vinyl and not leather. They argued with me. Lynn in warranty finally checked with production, realized the mistake, she actually admitted being wrong, Lynn apologized in the biggest way, said the factory was not following the order, she said they made her look like she did not know what she was talking about and finally made it right. The District manager Gary flew in from California to Illinois to oversee the install. He also apologized for what happened. When it was done today I finally got what I paid for. The installer Jesus was awesome through the entire process, none of it was his fault and he did everything he could to make it right. Thank you Jesus and Gary for taking care of a customer. Thank you Lynn for owning up to it to it and admitting that you were wrong, taking care of a customer and fixing the problem, that speaks volumes. You guys did an amazing job with my seats today. I am finally happy with my seats, it was a battle, but I am happy now. The company stood behind their product.I can finally say that I LOVE my Katzkin leather seats.

Oct 25,2024Roy was the rep at Katzkin who helped me out when I called in. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I asked about every concern and question and he had answers for all of them! He even took the time to show me how to design my ideal package! He was super transparent about pricing and through all the info he shared I feel super confident about doing business with him and the company. If you call in ask for Roy he will hook you up with it all! Thanks Roy!

Auto Action Technologies, the installer, did an outstanding job on the installation. The seats were installed on a 2024 Ford F150 Lightning Flash which now, in my opinion, looks much nicer than the interior on an upgraded Lariat.

Oct 09,2024I recently purchased a new '24 Jeep Rubicon but it had cloth seats. I wanted leather and Franklin Jeep said they could have Katzkin do the seats. I'm glad they did. They turned out way better than I thought possible. I highly recommend them.

Local installer was someone I had used for other projects so I knew it would be a flawless installation. Purchasing process was easy. Katzkin staff worked hard to ensure I understood all my options and choices (and there were many). Highly recommend.
