Oct 01,2024Horrid company and I do not recommend them to anyone. My experience with Katskinz has been awful from start to finish. I don’t want to see a reply from their owner either because they won’t do anything to remedy a situation. They only reply here to make people feel better and make people think they care but in my opinion they do not. It’s all about appearance. I will say this, this review is not a reflection to any upholstery shop. They might be ok to deal with but the company Katskinz itself that sells to the installers is awful. I would recommend you find another company that sells seat covers cause Katskinz are horrid. Go a head and call em up. See for yourself. You’ll be transferred a million times and no one knows what the other is doing. It’s a circus in my opinion. After weeks of trying to get something going you’ll be left with absolutely nothing. They don’t like to call people back either. Unfortunately this company is too big to go away but I can vent here and tell the truth to anyone who wants to know and maybe, even if I can persuade one person from not buying a Katskinz product then I feel like I have saved someone a world of headache.

Oct 01,2024My Katzkin seats are beautiful. I love the seat heaters too. I'm looking forward to having them for my Pennsylvania winter in a few months. I love how the interior of my 19 year old Honda CRV looks with fresh seats.

Sep 26,2024Very well made! Only issue I had with the entire process was that the “Final” screenshot (image) of the seat was a shade darker than what I actually got. So in the end my seats are a lighter color than what I thought it was going to be. Other than that… I love them!

Sep 06,2024I dealt with Matt and let me tell you, that guy is a rockstar. He helped with the design and found the color that really got close to what I needed. My truck is an odd orange so I knew it wouldn't be an easy decision but he was on it. He was very patient and kept making changes in the rendition until I was happy. A real top tier experience. I can't really express how happy I am with the product, and the one on one customer service. There is a reason katzkin is a leader in this industry. People like Matt and the quality of product are key. Thanks again

Sep 05,2024Passenger seat is cracking. I drive alot by myself and rarely have a passenger. Not sure why it is cracking but no other seat in my truck is. Definitely would not recommend this.

Aug 31,2024Sent email to Katzkin leather, got a return call the next day. My sales representative name is Alfredo Vieyra, he was amazing. Sent several mock ups of different colors for me, super knowledgeable and very friendly. Made me feel like I was a friend and a valued customer!! He definitely went the extra mile for me. I started to place my order and I asked him about the black door panels and black dash he said well why don’t we add some black to your seats and what he sent me was exactly what I was looking for. Now I can’t wait to get my new seats. Thanks again Alfredo, you are definitely an asset to Katzkin leather. I hope your bosses read this!!!

Aug 24,2024Picked my F250 up today from the installer. The color match was perfect, the seat cushions were as good or better than factory, the cooled and heating mechanism (especially the cooling) worked great on the trip home here in the deep south. All and all my wife and are extremely pleased with the result. Many thanks to K.E. at Katzkin in placing the order and the folks at Performance Auto Upholstery for the installation.

Aug 22,2024Dan was VERY helpful from the start. The quality of the leather is excellent. The communication with Katzkin is excellent, all questions were answered in a timely and complete manner . There are some wrinkles in the rear seats that Dan noticed and commented on in photos I sent him. We may need to address those if they don’t improve.

Oct 07,2024Katzkin did an excellent job on my Toyota Tacoma seats. They look and feel amazing! The whole process was so smooth from ordering to installation, note that they come to your home for the installation so you don’t have to worry about dropping off and finding a way to go home. I love there work and would definitely recommend to anyone!
