Installed a Katzkin leather within my 2019 F250, had no complaints and the original cloth interior was returned to ME. Recently bought a new truck 2024 F250 and had leather installed. Upon installation, the original cloth was seized by the installer claiming there is a "core" charge associated with this. If I had known this, I would have run with the cloth until it had faded/damaged/etc.

I attempted to purchase a set of Katzkin leather seat covers for my Toyota Tundra SR5. Very pricey at about $2300. Before my order was finalized, they billed my credit card and got their money. It was at that point that the order went sideways. They couldn't decide whether my truck was a Double Cab or Crew Cab. My window sticker clearly identifies the truck as a double cab, with a fold down bench seat in the rear area. (Standard configuration for SR5). I was back and forth with the sales representative several times, who put me on hold several times while she checked with others. Eventually, she asked me to take photos of the doors, and the VIN and the front seats and the rear seats. Then, she decided that I didn't need to take these photos. Then, several minutes later, she asked me to find someone to take these photos, since I don't have a smart phone or camera, and send them to her via text message. This process became so difficult, confusing and frustrating that I lost confidence that Katzkin could or would provide the correct seat covers for my vehicle, so I cancelled the order. Several hours later, I did receive a phone call from Katzkin apologizing for the issues, and promising that my payment would be refunded. It's been two days now, and I still haven't received a refund or credit back on my bank card. I don't understand how a company like Katzkin can't recognize and provide seat covers for a very popular truck like the Toyota Tundra SR5. I did, finally, receive my refund after three business days, in the full amount. Thank you for actually following through. Too bad, that Katzkin couldn't guarantee that they would make a set of seat covers that would fit my truck. Their loss.

I have a 2006 Mazda Miata that had old seats I just had my seats upholstered with Congac perforated leather seats from Katskin. Excellent color and feel. I love them!!!!

Roy was incredibly helpful. I reached out for a quote and more info, both of which Roy was more than happy to help with. I wasn’t pushed to purchase anything, was treated with patience, and when I said I needed some time to think he was more than happy to reach back out. He was able to answer every question I had for him and even helped me price out some less expensive options. THANK YOU ROY!

I live in Toronto and recently had Katzkin leather installed in my 2016 Ram. I first contacted Katzkin 2 years ago Although not ready at the time Karla Gutiarez kept me posted on product and pricing and when I purchased, she was of immeasurable assistance , personable and quick to respond to all questions and of great help with colour and design. The installed leather is amazing and has taken my interior from the “ scrap heap to the showroom” Thank you Katzkin and most especially thank you Karla!!

I have been interested in doing leather to my F150 Kara talked earlier then when it was time she let me design my interior turned out beautiful love the leather and the installer in Lexington put the whole front and back in one day it turned better than could imagine looks as good or better than factory the difference is I got to design it the way I wanted thanks Katzkin good job 👍

I dealt with Vanessa. She was amazing. She helped make the entire experience SIMPLE!! With zero % financing it was even easier!! The products are great and the customer service is FANTASTIC!! I highly recommend Katzkin. Ask for Vanessa. She is awesome!!

I found d Katzkin by accident when I was watching a YouTube video on my 2013 Dodge Charger. I am Happy, I did. This company is number 1 as far as I am concerned. They are honest and truly care about their customers. I had my 2 front seats reskinned and I cannot be happier. I am so impressed with the customer service, and service I received, I am going to have my back seats done. I want to give a big shout out to the company who reskinned my seats, Premier Car and Restyling, in Livonia Michigan. The staff is amazing,!! Their customers come first and the technicians are top notch. All my future projects will go through this company. Now, back to Katzkin. The customer service I received was amazing. Especially, Mary who made my experience truly memorable. If you are thinking about getting your cars interior redone, I highly recommend Katzkin.

Remember how flawless the seat install went last year on my 2019 Honda CRV EX last July with Trisha (Patricia)? Well! I reached out again, albeit not to her email, and requested the leather pieces for the doors, which they confirmed they carried. And I got lovely little Samantha. I shoot the photos over to Samantha and she writes back my doors are plastic? What? Are you talking about the woodgrain aftermarket pieces that pop off I asked? NO, the pieces are plastic. I respond I own the car. It’s not plastic. She responds I’ve showed it to everyone at every level and they all say it’s plastic. Now, I’m angry. You either have common sense… or you don’t. And if it doesn’t immediately kick in, you now deserve any tongue lashing you receive young lady. First of all – the top of the door AND THE DASH are leather, so clearly I’m not replacing leather with leather – That is stupid. Had you researched the car, you'd know. Second, I didn’t ask to replace the entire interior of the door – I’m telling you what areas I’m talking about when I'm disagreeing with you - they have STITCHING, which means they are fabric. Do you think a lightbulb went off? Nope. Afterall, that's what katzkin does and I've given you the make and model number. LOOK IT UP! Do you think she did? Nope. I even tell her to google a 2019 Honda CRV EX and then view the interior. Further, if you are claiming you STOCK these pieces, then obviously they are going to be the smaller door pieces to replace the FABRIC! Do you think THAT helped? Nope. Little Samantha is going to ride her lie. She’s talked to everyone. I say if you don’t have it, then say you don’t have it. But stop telling me the doors don’t have fabric because they do. Does she respond finally saying, she's clearly misunderstood, let's get the sale back on track? Nope. I then follow up with her to have one of these high and mighty managers she’s talked to reach out to me because there is NO WAY she spoke with anyone else or communicated it correctly to them because they would have known better if they have been in business all these years. Does she apologize and say, “oh, goodness… sorry! I misunderstood – of course we have these pieces!” to defuse the situation? Nope. Samantha has dug in her heels clearly thinking stubbornness is strength when in fact it is just stubbornness. The stronger party is the one trying to find the resolution. I told her what pieces I wanted done. So… here we are… last year, Tricia made it a dream to deal with and sadly this year, the review I place online now is not favorable to Samantha. She didn’t look up the past order. She didn’t research the car. She didn’t ask leading questions or communicate properly and she pissed me off. She doesn't have a promising career in sales. KATZKIN is known for replacing FABRIC (and bad leather) with leather. Please reeducate her.

From beginning to end, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My truck came out better than I expected and Kara helped me figure out what I wanted through the design phase. Their installers at RSC were fantastic.

Installer was great! Spoke with me at each step and addressed all my questions. Leather is top quality! It has transformed my vehicle! The comfort from the Degreez cooling seats is fantastic in 105+ heat!

I was looking forward to getting new katskin leather for my truck. I heard great things about the katskin company. They required 100% payment up front. I wasn't to comfortable at first but they reassured me I will not be disappointed. The install date was a month away. Unfortunately I had to cancel my install due to an unexpected medical bill. I figured I would receive my full amount back. They said it would cost me $500.00 for canceling the install. I didn't see any fine print stating any cancelation fees. I understand business being a business owner myself. Things happen in life. I wish I would of known about cancelation fees.
