Dec 07,2024If you're looking for leather seats for your automobile, you found the right place if calling Katzkin. Usually when I buy something over the Internet, it's a disappointment and never lives up to the hype. Not this time, Katzkin is the bomb when it comes to upgrading the crappy canvas seats that come stock from the dealer. They are friendly, helpful, completely professional and the seat covers are top grade leather that look unbelievable. I cannot be more thrilled with ease of installation, value and quality of my truck seats new professional look. Keep up the great work! We need more businesses like you in America.

Dec 06,2024If any of y'all need new interiors, you need KATZKIN! It's not crazy expensive and 100% of the time will look far better than factory interiors. They do awesome work with multiple layouts, designs & color combos. This was one of my best decisions ever! No regrets. I only wish I had done this sooner. Thanks so much KATZKIN!

Nov 23,2024About (6) months ago I took my truck to The Trim Shop in Hoover Al. 6 months ago I took my 2006 F-150 truck in to have all the cloth seats front and rear to be recovered in leather. After waiting a couple of weeks for the material to come in I took the my truck in around 8:00 this past Monday. I stayed till the work was finished which was about (3 1/2) hours later. Well worth the wait. Everything looked like it came from the factory as a new truck. To me it was well worth the expense of going to leather. I want to thank Melissa and Kelly for all their help in making this happen. I would highly recommend The Trim Shop for the work they do. Mellisa told before I left that The workmanship had a (3) year warranty and that it didn’t cover damage caused by a screwdriver left in my pocket which I completely understood. Again thanks Trim Shop

Called,spoke to Roy in customer service about new leather for front seats.Roy was a great to deal with placed order within 2 wks. new leather was at Automotive designs in Sarasota,Florida. Al Moriale did fantastic job great American! New leather from Katzkin was beautiful! Roy and the team at Katzkin were great to deal with. 10 STARS IN MY BOOK!!!

Nov 14,2024I just picked up my 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Auto Trim Design of Mid Maryland yesterday after getting Katzkin leather seats installed and I was excited but didn't really know what to expect either. I have never had leather in my vehicle before but always wanted it. It's so much easier to keep clean and with two dogs, a no brainer. My sales rep for Jeep, John Farrell, was so easy to work with and helped me design a two tone color that would both match the exterior Sting Grey and interior black colors and WOW. They are absolutely amazing. I was curious how they would look, if there would be creases, or not fit "professionally" enough, but after seeing previous reviews, pictures and videos, my worries were eased. The seats are super soft, not a hard leather, and look like they came straight from the factory! Katzkin treated me like a friend and made and other wise super stressful purchase simple, as it's an investment to your vehicle and absolutely worth it. Plus they have a 3 year warranty and that helps a lot too!

I never heard from the upholstery shop after 30 days of ordering, was given the number by Katzkin and told to call the shop so they had basically passed the responsibly onto me. The shop had no clue they had scheduled a day but I had to wait 60 days to get them out in because the shop basically ignored the box, did not call me, did not check their emails, and Katzkin never followed up with me and clearly not the shop to make sure the installation had gone smoothly. The seats themselves are very nice and I love them however the process was far from quality

Karla answered my call and worked with me through several calls and text to verify my vehicle could be worked on. I was impressed on her ability to help select the colors, pattern and options for my truck. Kudos to Karla and the team at Katskins for the perfect install. From order to install the information was confirmed and install happened in 2 weeks as promised. A definite five star experience!

I had Rose and she was amazing and made everything easy for me to do. I had it installed yesterday and it's absolutely perfect! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Nov 05,2024Found them online. Made an online inquiry and was in contact with a rep (Roy) in less than a couple of hours. Roy answered my questions- no hard sell - and as I soon learned- no BS promises. Took me a couple of months to secure the vehicle and contacted Roy again. He had everything we discussed, we made a couple of tweaks and sealed the deal. Shortly thereafter got a call from another Katzkin rep that provided the name of the installer, install date and contact info (only a week away). Installer was 30 minutes away from my home. Installer had been doing this 22 years. First class installation! This whole process from inquiry to installed was seamless! I would use Katzins again in a heartbeat with no reservations! High quality material and installation. You won’t be sorry!

Dec 08,2024After second set of covers they look pretty good. First set didn't fit good at all and stitching was off. Katzkin did send new set asap! Installer scuffed plastic in car which I wasn't happy about but can live with it.
