May 31,2023We have a brand new truck that we bought that has Katzskin seats in it. The driver's seat cover is literally falling apart, and we needed to get it replaced. The only "Katzkin dealer" near us is 60 miles away and can't even be bothered to give us a call back with a price. We wanted to just buy the seat cover directly so that we can get this fixed and are being given nothing but hassle from Katzkin's customer service department. In addition to being rude and very unhelpful, they will sell us a whole brand-new kit but not just the seat that failed. That is a ridiculous money grab. There is no reason to force people to buy seat covers they don't need to fix Katzkin's failing product. Quite frankly, we are beyond disappointed with Kitzkin's product and customer service as well as their pathetic excuse for "authorized dealers." They claim on Facebook to deliver a dream of luxurious, custom leather but all we are getting in a nightmare of subpar customer service and subpar product that doesn't hold up... If I could give them negative stars I would. I do not ever recommend buying their products and I know we will personally never by their products or a truck that has their products in them again.

May 31,2023Junk product with terrible after sale costomer service. The don't stand behind their product and will not even sell you a replacement for the failed seat. You have to buy the complete set to replace one section where the leather failed. Their costomer service is rude an extremely obnoxious! Do yourself a favor an steer clear of this shady company selling low end seat covers!!

May 30,2023Called customer service with a few questions. The customer service rep (Tracey) answered all questions in a simple to understand way. Provided diagrams of what the seat layout or panels would have the materials and colors that I selected. Via email I was sent high enough quality pictures to make choices from. Offered to send swashes of all the material and stitching material color before making final decision. Customer service was on the phone step by step helping in the selections and help finding a certified by them installer in my area.

May 28,2023In 2014 I purchased a new Ram 1500 truck that came with cloth seats, buckets up front. So, I had them put in gray leather matching Katzkin, front and back. Today, May 2023, my truck has almost 122,000 miles and the Katzkin still looks amazing. People who get into my truck often remark about how good the seats look. Now, to be fair, my truck isn't a blue collar work truck, I'm in the insurance business, but I do own land and hunt and do some labor work in the truck as well. The Katzkin leather still looks great with no wrinkles or cracks. Frankly, I think my Katzkin looks better than my wife's 2016 Toyota Highlander factory leather seats with 69,000 miles. When/if I get another truck, I plan to do the same.

May 27,2023Well for starters make sure you face rounds out not in because it's only common sense , and maybe have everything just fit tighter my rounds were faced in , and even though I replaced the foam it is all loose anyway definitely not the experience I thought I would get

May 25,2023I was contacted by Frank Sparks after I filled out an online request for pricing. He was very helpful and walked me through the process. My interior was installed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The Katzkin leather seats are awesome. It couldn’t be better if it came from the factory. I have had this truck for a year and it’s like I am driving a new truck. I would recommend Katzkin and Frank to everyone.

May 24,2023I recently had the seats in my 2005 Nissan 350Z recovered with a Katzkin leather kit. There were several issues due to the age of the car and a previous seat covering done years ago. However, I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Both Katzkin and the installer (accessories unlimited in ABQ NM) put in the extra effort to deliver an exceptional result. Needless to say, I highly recommend both Katzkin and the installer!
