Feb 23,2023The result of having new leather seats in the truck I love has made me love the job that was done. Both Katzkin and their installers do a very professional job. Would recommend highly and since I have worked in Quality Assurance for 40 years, it is not easy fir them to impress me.

Feb 23,2023Frankly I had my doubts about using a company located in California while I live in Florida. However, I just had my Katzkin leather interior installed on my 2022 Dodge Challenger and looks beautiful! The quality of the leather reminds me of my 1995 Mercedes SL500. The price was excellent and the installation was perfect. I've posted pics on the Facebook page of Florida Challenger owners and I hope Katzkin gets a lot more business from Florida!

Feb 21,2023Never received the seat covers. No installers in my area. Would have to drive 3hours each way and. Get a hotel room. I have been trying to get a refund. I have emailed, and called. I just get crickets. My next step is a law suit. Save your money and don’t do business with them.

Feb 19,2023The guys that came to install my seat covers were punctual and friendly. Product and work were both excellent. Only reason for the 4 stars was because they had to remove the seat belts to remove the seats, and in doing so left some markings on the plastic housings for the seat belts bc they had to pry them open with a tool. I would have preferred no markings, but I am guessing I won’t notice them much bc I won’t be staring at the seat belt housing at the bottom of the seats. Also, there are some wrinkles, but they told me those are from the covers being folded up in the box and that the wrinkles will eventually flatten out. I had this confirmed by someone who had seat covers installed on 2 cars. Overall, a great experience and my car feels and looks 100000% better.

Feb 18,2023Seat covers look Good, don't have any issues thus far with them. Installation OK but there doesn't seem to be any QA/QC of work! I've returned for a few tweeks of center console twice. Now sticking has come apart and now waiting for new cover to replace. NOT HAPPY! I hope this next return will be the last. I am Glad the Owner (George) is doing it right rather than trying to hide the defect!

Feb 18,2023Katzkin leather seats are of high quality. I love the fit and finish of them. This has alot to do with the installer as much as the material but when both are of good quality you get a great product. The only Con I have is that I think that the website could use updating. I had a hard time finding the design I knew was available. I was able to contact customer support and they were excellent. Got right back to me and sent pictures as well. The whole purchase process was great.

Feb 17,2023I had my installation completed on 2/7/2023. Ten days later, nobody at Katzkin responded to me after calls and emails. The issue: The installed seats are not what I ordered, and their products do not match their website description. The seats are supposed to be perforated and allow me to keep my stock heated seats function as Katzkin mentioned on the phone when ordering, but the seats are NOT perforated, which leads to my heated seats not working properly as designed. On my 2021 F-150, the seats were changed to leather/carpet (when they should have been all leather), but the center console was left the same, leading to a mismatch in color and stitching between my center console and the new seats. Under the seats, the leather/carpet does not wrap all around my seat, and there are loops where it's not flush with the seat. I would AVOID Katzkin at all costs. They make it impossible to dispute your transaction if anything goes wrong.

Feb 16,2023The product is a lot more than expected. The quality is just as good if not better than the factory. Very pleased. Everyone that sees it says how beautiful my interior is . Would definitely recommend and buy again. I will never buy a new car and pay for factory leather when Katzkins exist.

Feb 16,2023I was having the factory style covers installed in my 2018 Silverado. I also needed the driver side seat cushion. As soon as the parts were in, I was contacted by the tech at Auto Accents to schedule the installation. They got me in the next day and installed the covers in just a few hours. The covers look factory! Very Pleased!

Feb 15,2023The seat covers are good. The problem I had was with the installation. My Jeep dealer ordered the covers and when they checked in for an install time line they found out there was no local Katzkin installer. They had to find a custom upholstery shop willing to do the install and they had my vehicle for almost a week.

Feb 12,2023Pricey, yes they are. Are they worth it? To me 100% they are. I knew they would dress up my interior, but WOW does it pop! Rose helped through the process and insured I was getting exactly what I wanted. My local installer did a great job installing them with care and on time as promised.
