Feb 10,2023Katzkin shipped the seat covers for my pickup and lined up installation quickly. Autoplex of Northglenn did the install in 1 1/2 days. The seats are beautiful, comfortable and look great. Seat heater and cooler function really well. Great job all around!

Feb 10,2023Just picked up my 2005 Toyota Solara convertible from Leather Menders yesterday. I had the front and rear seats reupholstered (kit from Katzkin) along with the headrests, sun visors, console, and side arm rests. They even cleaned the steering wheel and repainted the side pieces. It's like I have a new car. I'll use them again!

Feb 09,2023CUSTUMER SERVICE THE WORST when I was looking for the covers for my Jeep Gladiator, I ask to give me a price out the door and she give me a price but wen I was a bout to pay the price was like $300 more and so she was desperate todo the sell to much pressure she want me to buy it right a way she never explain me my options. well I call like a one week after and decide to buy. then they send me the appointment for installation by email wen i went to the shop the installer told my wy I did not ret the RUBICON logo no the seats I told him they never told me that I have this option, and he told me well they send the wrong covers so I have to send it back and you can tell them so send the ones whit RUBICON logo, so a I call them and I ask for the ones with RUBICON logo and the same Lady told me yes but it will be $100 more so I say is ok, then she call me back and say it will be $500 cancelation fee plus the $100 and I say you send the wrong cover and installation will be in 2 more weeks you still have time to get the order right so she transfer me to 2 Different people and they suppose to call me back and they NEVER call me back so I end it with my seats with NO RUBICON logo, so my experience way bad, I will not buy or recommended they could do better but they decide no to do it.

The folks on the other end were great help and easy to talk to. Ordered the covers with their help and found them to be very affordable. Said they would be in route soon and that was very accurate. Installers were quick. They look great and I have had nothing but compliments on the covers. Great experience.

Feb 01,2023The product is excellent - the quality of the leather and the exact seat specifications to the original - the detail is amazing. The installer Jesus was awesome, it is too bad that you didn't have a backup steamer to make it go much quicker and less wrinkles, but overall a high quality product and installation. I would have given 5 stars if my sales person got back to me about the $200 discount promotional offer that I received in an email prior to the installation, but after I already paid.
