The house was very spacious for our family of 7, which included a 2 year old. We are planning another trip in the future and hope it is available at that time.

Mar 31,2024Nice place to stay. Clean and roomy. Guest services were on top of things quickly. Good restaurants nearby. I can’t speak highly of the in house restaurant Oasis as we never ate there. We asked to sit at a table but they were reserved. We told we would be fast and just wanted a drink. We understood and left. However we sat on the beach to see those same tables empty for a very long period before we left.

Mar 29,2024From the secure booking app to check out, everything was a breeze. We had a problem with one of the beach chairs and new beach chairs were delivered the next day. It was really nice being in a residential neighborhood, the only downside was construction noise during the day, due to a new home being built a few doors down, other than that we slept like babies and woke up to the ocean breezes and sounds of birds and roosters.

Mar 28,2024The condo was beautiful. It was so nice to have extra towels for kids. The place was so clean and felt homey at the same time. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cooking supplies. We are already thinking about coming back again.

Mar 28,2024I appreciated the seamless and easy reservation and payment system, the arrival instructions and simplicity of obtaining access to our condo. The condo was lovely! Clean and well appointed. Kauai exclusive had a gift basket to greet us (full packages of coffee, cookies and treats!) and also included the cleaning supplies, like laundry detergent and dish soap, as well as plenty of toilet paper. We used the concierge to help book an activity and she did great, even getting us a discount. I’d use Kauai Exclusive again!

Mar 27,2024The location was good. The unit itself was functional and had what we needed but dated. However it needs some maintenance to bring up the rating. Stains on the carpet, the shower curtain has mold. Along with the pump outside making for a noisy location. The fan in the room helped but had to have the windows closed.

Mar 26,2024Overall we had a great stay. The view was as described and the unit and the grounds were both beautiful. The dishwasher was extremely loud and the pools were unheated and freezing, but the hot tubs were a hit. There was no beach equipment included in our unit. We had friends renting another unit and they had beach chairs, etc. but we had nothing so we went and bought beach mats/towels at the Ross across the street. My other suggestion would be to have a few more towels in the unit as well as more bedding for the pullout bed. My kids argued over the lone blanket we were given. Otherwise, we had everything we needed inside the unit!! We had a wonderful visit, even though the weather wasn’t perfect, but if the pools were heated, my kids would’ve been out in them 24/7 even in the rain. That would probably be the deal breaker for us to return to this resort.

Mar 17,2024We loved the close proximity to Lawai Beach, Spouting Horn and Kukuiula Shops for walking destinations. The grounds/pool were well maintained and lovely. Our condo was clean and spacious with a bath and a half. We especially loved the ocean views from the lanai (off bedroom) and small view from living area. The kitchen had most everything we needed except for a dishwasher which I overlooked before renting. BBQ grills are available near the pool. However, the furnishings in condo 315 need to be updated. Communication was limited to one phone call and email and app messages. It would be helpful to know you will have a starter pack of household amenities earlier as we had already stopped at the store from the airport before seeing the message. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved Kauai. We had no issues that needed addressed while staying at Prince Kuhio.

Mar 12,2024Great location, beautiful ocean view! The beach Is always clean. There are plenty of loungers around the lazy river pool. The condo is equipped with everything you need. The management is always available and very responsive. We had a garbage disposal issue while we were there and the unit was replaced in 90 minutes. Restaurants, shopping stores, drug stores and groceries are all near by the complex and within walking distance. This is a great location and condo unit.

Apr 02,2024We stayed in the North Side of Kauai @ Waipouli beach resort. The condo was stocked well. I had an issue with the bathroom door (it was automatically locking.) So I either had to leave it open (not happening) or text the owner. They responded right away & a maintenance man came & fixed it. Only other disappointment was I thought we had an ocean view room. Technically we did because you could see a sliver of the ocean if you looked past the buildings.
