Feb 20,2024Pre-trip communication was terrific.. Not too much. Not too little. Just right. Easy directions from the airport to our condo. Keyless entry made everything easier. Lovely condo. First floor made for easy access to the beach.

Feb 12,2024The app you use wanted to charge my credit card for what I had already paid plus and won’t continue without the card information. I repeatedly attempted to contact someone at your business to get that corrected and entry information for the rented condo without success, No one returned my calls or emails. They have responded that we weren’t charged twice(I did not enter credit card info) and must have tried to contact old management company(emailed and called their contact info). Will never book a condo that they manage.

Feb 11,2024Great condo unit in a beautiful resort setting. Easy access to the beach and to tennis/pickleball courts. Bed mattress in master bedroom could be replaced. otherwise the unit was clean, remodeled and a great place to stay

Feb 11,2024The unit was as described and kitchen very well appointed. We enjoyed the Hawaiian vibe of the decor, and the pool being right across from the beach was wonderful and we accessed it everyday. We are a family with a range of ages and everyone was happy.

Feb 07,2024Spent a wonderful week with our family. Resort was gorgeous and a perfect location on the east side of the island. Great pool..great suite. Food and drinks were expensive, so be aware. We will definitely be going back!

Feb 06,2024Everything was wonderful. The only reason for not giving a five star review is that the keypad code was changed prior to 8:30 AM on the departure day when check out time was 10:00 AM. Luckily, we weren't locked out of the condo on the day of departure.

Feb 06,2024Loved this place so much. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and lovely, the kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the pool area and the location was perfect for getting around the island and grabbing dinner or anything from the Safeway across the street. The only critique I have is that the TVs are way too old. We weren't able to use any of our streaming platforms on the older model TVs, so they were essentially useless unless you like watching satellite.

Jan 28,2024We enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described in rental ad. There was more than enough space for our family of 4 and we felt safe and at home for our week visit. Also all communication was easy to understand, responses were quick and clear, and I would highly recommend this condo for the location and price. We had a great stay.

Feb 21,2024Our condo was a spacious 2 bedroom that slept 6. It was close to trail that was 5 minute walk to Poipu beach. We found check in instructions very clear and the management responsive. The condo and grounds were clean and tidy. We would stay there again.
