Jan 13,2024This was our first ever experience with staying at a VRBO property. Everything was exceptional from the initial booking all the way through to our departure. The property was amazing. We kept the final reveal a secret for most of our party of 8 until arrival. Everyone was impressed and Wowed even more than we had hoped. Jan 06,2024We have stayed at this resort in the past so we were looking forward to another wonderful visit. A206 has lovely ocean views right out in front. Unfortunately we were met with a very musky/moldy smell coming from one of the bathrooms in our unit. We immediately notified the property manager and although they agreed that they could also smell the foul smell there was nothing that could be done without intruding on our space during our stay to open walls and find the cause. The management offered us compensation of 5% of our room cost, but to compound the issue we encountered poor weather on this stay which forced us into our room more then we ever expected to be in there. This forced us to have to deal with the foul smell more then we would have liked and felt that the compensation for essentially cutting us off from half of our unit due to foul smell that made us gag when near, it fell short of what we thought was fair.

Jan 05,2024The resort is great. The pool is centrally located and never crowded. The room is clean and has nice modern appliances and fixtures. It had all the nice amenities for cooking. room G407, has a nice view of both the pool and beach. The only negative thing I would say is they did not provide enough shampoo for 3 people, 7 days. It was those small sample bottles. Considering how much you pay for the room, they should at least provide more.

Jan 04,2024We had a wonderful time in Kauai but several weeks before we flew there I asked for information about several activity options and NEVER heard back from them. I was able to book the things I wanted myself, but would not recommend Kauai Exclusive Management as a good place to go for recommendations. It's a good place to go if you want to be ignored however.

Dec 28,2023The unit, H404, is as advertised. We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, and the resort itself is well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the lounge chairs on the beach.

Dec 27,2023Kauai Management responded quickly when I had questions and were helpful when I requested a late check out time. The 4 stars was because our condo A #306 was less than desirable for 4 people. Many would suggest that I should have paid closer attention to the description and you would be correct. In the living area there was only a single couch positioned in front of the TV. The couch is bolted down to the floor-it will not move. It only sits 3 comfortably. No other comfort chairs exist. The kitchen and bathrooms were very spacious however in the 2nd bath - the shower is in the condos half bath - there is no light which makes showering very dark and is a box - for some it may be difficult to turn around in. The outdoor table and chairs are nice and there is an indoor set as well again however makes the living space tight. The view is outstanding and we spent eating our meals utilizing that view. Both beds are very comfortable but extremely high - if you are short like me you have to jump up to get on them. There were no pillows with pillow cases all of the pillows had shams (odd). Small loads in the dryers took 3 regular cycles to dry. We had found the condo to not be as thoroughly clean as it should have been and the glass sliders were so difficult to open - no one thought to use a glycerin spray - which we got to enable the doors to move easily. I am aware that I am being very particular however for the daily rate I would have preferred that 4 adult persons would have each had a comfortable living chair etc. The property grounds are beautiful plus the pool area.

Dec 23,2023We have stayed at the Resort many times. The location is awesome. A402 was in awesome condition as always, but with the recent upgrades to carpet etc. It was even more enjoyable. Will definitely return!

Dec 21,2023We had a great experience! Most of the information we needed was provided.The unit was clean and everything worked as expected. This unit exceeded our expectations! *Parking spots are labeled, and this spot is not next to the unit, but to the left. Also, if walking out of the complex, do not use the # key, otherwise the gate won't open. Wonderful bakery across the street. We walked to several restaurants. Turtles feed in the ocean in the mornings in front of the unit. We all enjoyed the views!

Jan 24,2024The unit we stayed is was awesome. Very well appointed and clean. Each room had a balcony. Kitchen and laundry were great. Also enjoyed having two full sized bath tubs. We had a great view of the pool to keep an eye on the kiddos. We used the pool and the fitness center quite a bit. Great location. Internet connection was consistently sufficient. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely return.
